This store is rediculous. I went in to add a line to my verizon account and they over charged me by 170.00. When I got home I checked the price of the phone online just to see and for a phone they charged me 200.00 for I could get online for 30.00. When I called to cancel my order ( I havent even picked the phone up yet) they said sure no problem. Then I was charged the 213.00 to my checking account, when I called to ask why they said the refund was processed with a PAPER check. So I was mad but I figured I would get in and it has now been 2 weeks and no check. I called back and they said it would take up to 30 DAYS to receive a refund check. This place is a rip off and should go out of business with their shady practices. STAY AWAY!!!

The service at this location is superior to any Verizon store weve used. Katie G was professional, knowledgeable and offered answers to our questions (some before we realized we needed answers). She made sure we were able to access all options before we left. Previously Rusty helped us change some options and acquire two other devices. Same excellent service, highly recommend this store for anything you need.

I was here last Friday and Cherish spent the time to help me understand the new phone I picked and took the time to help me learn the smart phone. She made sure everything was set up on the phone that I needed and my Bluetooth in my car. The customer service was amazing! Also the rep that was next to her,Nicole, was a great help as well! I plan on coming back real soon to get my granddaughter a new phone.

Jesse Gay was great...I came in today looking for a new battery for my phone, he told me that we didnt sell batteries, but I was due for an upgrade. He was able to switch me to unlimited data, get me into the new Motorola Z-Force and lower my bill I couldnt have been more happier with my visit to Verizon. Jesse was a pleasure to work with I will definitely go back to him for all my Verizon needs

The customer service was GREAT.....HOWEVER, beware of the upgrade fees and activation charges that they should not be charging...when I questioned the sales rep, he beat me down......thats the reason I took off 2 stars...I called Verizon customer service and they advised me that there should NOT have been any such charges added, and credited it back to my account.....

Came in to get 84 dollars for my trade after calling Verizon. This isnt a corporate store, but they not only gave me my money for my trade, but I was eligible for a 10 inch tablet and an 8 inch tablet for less than $100 COMBINED!! Elliot also upgraded me to a new LG V20. Couldnt be happier. Class acts here

Came in today to exchange my s5 I got last week. Sarah helped me. Showed me the G4, and also advised me I would be able to get $150 visa from LG since I got the gpad last week. She was very helpful, got my stuff transferred over as the original rep didnt do it. I recommend this store for sure, go see her.

He also helped switch our Direct TV to Xfinity and saved me about $60 a month. By far the best visit Ive ever made to a store!

Service excellent. John Horton was able to retrieve all the data from my old phone that crashed. He installed the data, set up the Bluetooth synch, tested the vehicle wireless charging facility on a new Moto Z phone. John also took the time to explain pertinent details of the phone and the data plan.

Unreal. I came in crying. My phone was stolen. Elliot sold us a new phone and true to his word, he found all my pictures and videos. Some were of people long since gone and priceless. Elliot is awesome and Id send all my friends or relatives to him, and will going forwards. Thanks again Elliot!

Awesome service! Came in with a huge problem with my phone and Elliot changed my plan, saving me money and upgraded my phone and added a tablet. After all was done, my bill only wht up 10 bucks and I had more data than before and added the tablet. Couldnt be happier with Verizon or Elliot

The people here are very helpful and they know the products very well. I have been by a number of times for problems with my phone and Verizon. The "real" Verizon store in town seems like a sheltered workshop. I have had to explain things to them.
