The worst Experience I have ever had as a customer.Had a problem with my online order, customer service over the phone is a joke did not think it could get any worse.Went here to get help the manger was one of the rudest people Ive had to deal with ever.He acted like he was giving me something for free that was messed up on my order.I left this store felling like I have never felt leaving any were before.his name Jose big dumb fat A**hole fell sorry for anybody in his life because that would suck balls.Stay as far away form this store as u can I would Drive 100 miles before I would go back there.Probably stay as far away from T-Mobile as you can They SUCK...
