Cellular Sales as a whole provides absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! MY husband and I upgraded our Note 5s to the S8 plus and bought all the protective gear only for my $45 tempered glass to crack and fall off the first night and his fours day after. My PureGear 360 lifetime guarantee glass has cracked and come off again (day 14 after sale) and Donna (Titusville) rudely handled my call. She indicated that she replaced my tempered glass for free the first time we had to return to store & I hag to not so gently remind her that we paid handsomely for a product that has a 30-day money back guarantee!! Both the cellular sales stores in Titusville and Haywood Mall Greenville, SC refused to honor our purchase guarantee and treated us like we were stealing what we paid for. Ultimately, we have been charged $5.95 shipping each to have our PureGear tempered glass shipped directly to our home since both stores indicate they are on back order for s8 plus with no way of guaranteeing when they will receive them to protect our expensive phones. Do yourself a favor and stick with Verizon corporate stores. Ill be waiting on Luke, the supposed managers call.

Ive enjoyed Verizon. My mother just passed away. I needed to cancel her prepaid phone. I called in, and mentioned this. They did not offer me a refund or prorate that would go back into her checking account. After the cancellation, I asked about a refund because she hasnt been able to use the service before it even renewed, be cause she has been dead. They said,"We can not refund, prorate, or issue you a credit because we have already canceled the service. I have also spoken to my supervisor and theres nothing we can do." Im pretty pissed. A financial transaction can happen regardless of whether you have services with someone. And they never made their protocols apparent to me before they canceled the service. Why didnt you (Verizon) realize that I would want a refund for her unused service, realize that you wouldnt be able to give it to me after the service was canceled, and then put the two together to tell me about the conflict so I could tell you, refund her account first, then cancel the service ... I have my own unlimited plan with verizon, and I am shopping around to get rid of it.

TERRIBLE customer service. An independent store. Refused to replace a simple screen saver under warranty without us having the old one (which fell off). When my wife just got up to leave, I raised my voice (to her) and said enough of this BS, just replace the damn thing and I would pay for it rather than go home to get the old one and return to the store. So the rep refused to assist us- refused to give us his name or his supervisors name, no other reps offered to assist. Said we needed to "respect" him....and yes I raised my voice to him now too... What he forgot is we are the customer, he needs to respect us and try to resolve the issue, not refuse service. Then he called me an "old man" and locked us out of the store! I called Verizon corporate, went back to the door and gave him the phone to talk to them and he hung up on them as well. Great service for the 400/ month we pay Verizon.... I have reported him to Verizon and we will see how they respond.... that will determine if we keep Verizon or go elsewhere....

First, I called to ask a question the day before going there. A female answered and when I asked her about the release of a new phone, she yelled to someone to ask them because she didnt know. Apparently, no one in the store knew the answer. I then got on-line, and it took me 2 minutes chatting with a real Verizon employee to answer my question. The next day, against my better judgement, I decided to stop and see about a change to my current plan. I walked in the store and the employees were either busy or talking on their own personal phones. No one greeted me, or welcomed me (it is a small store, so they definitely saw me walk in). I went to sit down with 3 other people to wait patiently--for about 35 minutes. In that time, no one came over to us, no one even took the courtesy to say hello. I left and will NEVER return to this store. I suggest to go to either the store on Merritt Island or Viera. MUCH better customer service and MUCH more knowledgeable.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Consistently lieing to consumers to make theyre overly priced rates seem like "deals". They took advantage of my parents and I had to take a day off from work to go over and make them fix everything back to the way it was. At this point they forced us to still pay over $120 for their "time". I didnt know that I had to pay sales reps by the hour. If only you all looked into all the details of your "deal" you would see how badly you are getting ripped off. They also like to charge you insurance on a phone that you do not even have. When you call them out, namely scam master Andrew, they just sit there quietly and slowly reverse things for you while still trying to squeeze extra cents out of you. Worse experience than buying a car.

My phone had a critical error at 30 min to closing time, cellular sales staff were professional and eager to help with my issue. After taking the time to explain the issue, Brian went out of his way to help me with replacing the non working phone even though it was closing store hours. He also had an extra personal phone he activated and let me use over the weekend as I work in a busy emergency room and would have missed important texts, calls and emails. I wanted to write this to thank him and the company personally.

I came into the Verizon store because my phone would not work properly. It called anyone it wanted to, at anytime of the day or night. My husband and I both bought new phones out of my frustration. Andrew greated me at the door. He offered to help me and did ! Andrew is extremely polite, helpful and thoughtful. He is definitely an asset to Verizon. I walked in today expecting your typical boring sit down, add a line, sign papers yada yada. What I experienced with Pete today was an extraordinary connection of fast service and participation in making not only a simple transaction but smiles along the way. All my experiences at my local Verizon store have been outstanding. I have purchased all my phones at this store and the salespersons have been very informative, made sure the phone fit my needs, and answered all my questions with positive helpful attitudes. I want to especially point out, Kat, for all her efforts on several visits I have made she was a tremendous help, she is " simply the best" explaining and showing the the best way to meet goals for phone useage.
