Called on 02/20 to schedule a pickup for quite a bit of furniture to be taken on 02/23. 02/23 finally came and I noticed all the furniture was still outside with no note or anything. So I called after reviewing my "ticket status" under the account I had to create and it said "cancelled." I called the store and asked why my pickup request was cancelled? The person who answered the phone started LAUGHING and immediately put me on hold, with no explanation. I waited. A couple minutes later he returned and told me there was an issue with the delivery truck and the pickups were cancelled for the day. So, you dont let people know that you arent coming by? Just horrible customer service, but I allow them to reschedule me for 02/28. I come outside (I work midnights so Im asleep all day), to a note on the furniture I left for them. REAL wood dressers and REAL 100% pine dining room set furniture, with horrible handwriting. I only got a few words in that were legible and it literally said "no resale in it for us, thanks anyway." Thats all I needed to see. This place is a joke, incredibly unprofessional and arent out to help anyone except obviously what they will profit from, not people truly in need. Never again.

This used to be my favorite thrift store in town. But its declined greatly over the last two years. I dont even stop in as much as I used too. The store is always dirty, sometimes remaking of urine. The parking lot is filthy constantly. With donations strewn about and broken glass. The staff are rude. They have signs up clearly stating the price of items and they blatantly charge more anyways. My sister was charged more for a mens tie and when she pointed out the POSTED PRICE, The woman ringing her up said Oh well. Its sad. They need corporate to come in and clean it up.

I have sorted through the discounted clothing which values at only $1 per item & if you hit on the right day, its only 50 cents per item.. I found some brand name as well as some really cute, original articles of clothing. the also have like new shoes and handbags, other varied items such as designer pillows and a unique selection of nick-knacks. If your one who enjoys hunting for a gold mine without having to put forth much gold, I highly recommend Salvation Army.

Very over priced for a thrift store. The workers take the best stuff for themselves and their friends. Sometimes they double price items and charge the higher price. Theres so much thrift store competition in Titusville, they definitely need to lower the prices a bit or theyll go out of business like the rest of them.

This store is always dirty and over priced. The a/c hardly ever works and the staff isnt very friendly. I drove by it this week and it looks to be closed. I havent seen cars there or donations outside in over a week now.

Every time we have been in this place they talk their jibberish and are rude as hell. The parking lot is always nasty and full of broken glass and the store isnt much cleaner. Not a good American business.

Not good for glassware, knickknacks, or kitchen ware. Had a decent sized book collection, and selection of clothes

Dirty for a Salvation Army, and they have high hopes for the amount of money you will pay for untagged items.
