I would rather have given 1/ 2 star or non but it would not let me. CVS is obviously poorly staffed and poorly operated. I have had the automated system call me three times this week to report my Rx is ready for pick up and staff keeps informing me there is no Rx available. They have my name spelled three different ways and have been informed numerous times and fail to change it to the correct. You refill a script to be ready at a specific time and it still takes a hour or so after you arrive to pick it up. The wait times are ridiculous and the staff is rude 99% of the time. I have pulled my families accounts and will be getting our Rx from elsewhere.
