I was in there today to briefly ask for help on my account. I left without getting help. The employees there were rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, and utterly lazy. I was only the customer in the store and they couldnt even get up off their butts to greet me - and that was just the beginning of their rudeness. I also caught one of them in a lie, and when confronted on it, he tried to double down and tell another lie. Ill never return there again. If I ever need to get a new phone Ill switch carriers then go back to them.

I agree with Millie, the worse customer service Ive had in a long time. Also agree with the Lawrence statement as well, for he too displayed poor customer service with me and was far from professional. How can he (Lawrence, review written below) even write a review as if he doesnt work there. No one wants to see reviews from EMPLOYEES, of course they will give all 5 star reviews, real customers please and new faces to represent the new opening.

Rude employees act like they dont want to be there was in the store with my mom trying to find her a new phone and no one even came to help us we were the only 2 customers inside at the time the guy just sat on his phone needless to say that will be my last visit to this store

I have been going to this store since it opened. We bought new phones and recently added Direct TV to our account. This staff is incredible. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and fun to deal with. Take good care of them because they are an asset to ATT customer service.

This has been the best store I have been to in years! Super nice staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me and my dad Skype from overseas for the first time. It really ment a lot to my dad. I will only be coming to this store from here on.
