Twice last week I took my elderly mother who is on oxygen and in a wheelchair this location. The first trip (on Wednesday November 30th) was to change the Data plan on her cell phone which went fine - upon our departure the employee by the name of Rachel exclaimed that she was paying too much for her Uverse service (TV, home phone and internet) and although her computer system was down she could "fix it" once the system was back up. My mother said that she had no problem with her Uverse bill but as long as she was not losing any channels and her internet would not be restricted as there are multiple people visiting for the holidays that use it she certainly wouldnt mind paying less. Then we left. On Friday December 2nd at about 10pm her entire home Uverse service (TV, home phone and internet) was SHUT OFF. Upon calling AT&T tech support I discovered that Rachel had informed AT&T that my mother was moving to Canada and to CANCEL her service only to resign her up with an installation date of December 9th. Apparently the staff thought it would be just fine to A) LIE to the company, B) Not be honest with the customer about what would be done, and C) leave and elderly woman on oxygen without any home service for a week! After an HOUR with Tech support we did manage to get service turned back on and was informed to go back to the store or call billing to figure out what was going on. Since the staff at your store made the mess my mother decided to have THEM clean it up. That brings us to our SECOND visit on December 3rd. We spoke with a manager (I apologize that I did not get his name) who claimed he WOULD NOT help us but we were welcome to sit in the store on hold with AT&T billing. Then told my mother (who was visibly upset) to not cause Chaos in his store. When she said that his employees created the mess and HE should be fixing it not her he stated and I quote "You chose to come here" At that point we decided to leave. He would not even get off of his butt or off his cell phone to hold the door for us. We went then went to the Corporate store located at 3065 Columbia Blvd c, Titusville, FL 32780 and received excellent customer service with a gentleman named Jarrod who spent over an hour of his day fixing the mess your employees made. He also informed us that this was not the first and would not be the last time he would see this type of thing happen from that store. It will be the last time I will allow it to happen to my mother. She will be dealing with corporate only from now on.

All I can say is WOW, Verizon better watch out! This AT&T store is awesome! I went in the store expecting the run around and deceit that I have received in the past from Verizon. Nick, the assistant manager listened intently to what I was saying, and was very patient while I told him what I wanted, and expected to happen. I just wanted to port over our existing phones and not purchase any new devices. I have never had the royal treatment like I received from Nick. I had lots of questions and he never wavered once. He didnt use any kind of high pressure tactics, and listened to what I wanted/needed. He is assistant manager of this store, and in my opinion, should be promoted ASAP. You just dont get this kind of customer service any more. I ended up leaving 2 hours later with a good feeling, a new friend, a new S7 Edge (FREE with bill credits) AND a free TAB E tablet. Thank you Nick, and the rest of the staff for making my experience fun, and exciting . Verizon could take a lesson here, we were lied to and ripped off our last visit to the Merritt Island Verizon store. They lost a 14 year customer because of the honesty and integrity of this AT&T team!!

If you have the unfortunate luck of having Brianna "Bri" help you.......run out of the store! She does not care about customers, only the bottom line for her store. Walked in to upgrade phones, ended up not liking the new iPhone SE, brought them back within 24 hours and $1000 later, we do not have 2 phones. Not one person within ATT will help, outside of waiting for up to 7 days for research......like you cant see all of the transactions online.....really?? So, Bri, if you have the pleasure of reading this, know it is solely because of you that your company lost a customer that has been with you since 2008, actually paid our bill on time every month, and you could care less. Great job!!

I cannot say enough good things about this location, especially Nick. I came in back in April, choosing this location because it was smaller and (hopefully) not a long wait. Nick was right there. My phone was a "dinosaur" and was on its last leg. He assisted with all of my questions, lead me to a new phone that was right for me and what I need to use a smartphone for. He took his time, I did not feel rushed and he made sure I was satisfied with all of my decisions before anything became final. His personality - his exceptional ability at customer service - and his over-all attitude helped make it a very good day, but mostly, a very pleasant purchasing experience.

I want to thank Nicolas at the Cocoa store for helping me get a new phone set up. I dropped mine in the lake last night, lost a tremendous amount of priceless family photos, all my contacts, and in 1/2 hours, he had all my photos restored, and had restored my contacts also! I was blessed abundantly more than I could ask or think with the incredible service he gave! Thank you!!!!!

Rachel and Gary were so helpful in assisting my partner and I with setting up our business account. We had quite a few tasks to get done in one trip, and they were so awesome and went above and beyond to ensure we got everything done. These two are the epitome of good customer service! Thanks to them, a possible stressful trip, was very easy and quick.

i have ben trying to get my tv and inter net fixed for years the tec said its the line from ther main box to my house ist over 18 years old and you know what the fl sun does to thing out side all the time and they wont give me the corp phone number so i can file a formal complant i am now look for a replacment they are greedy company

Nicolas was who helped me with everything he was very nice and did it very quick with no problems he kept a smile on me and my grandmothers face I would recommend him to any of my friends if they were to ask for advice on coming here I definitely will come back and use his service again he really made my day better .

This will probably be the one and only review Ill ever do but I just have to give this store store credit because I went in there hot and I left with abandoned new phone and saving money on my plan too. Now that Ive seen my new bill with my own eyes, I just have to say THANK YOU.
