I would give zero stars if possible. The employees here move at the speed of slow, and dont appear to have any knowledge of the product they sell. The manager let me and the elderly friend I was trying to help, sit there for over an hour, while she played on her cell phone and took inventory. Didnt even bother to ask us what type of help we were looking for. Had she done just that, we could have been in and out in 5 minutes. We left, service was cancelled, and I went to Walmart and bought a jitterbug, so at least my friend can call for help if he needs it. I will tell everyone I know of my experience, you can rest assure.

Had an issue with a phone that was ordered from customer care. Josh was great and was on the phone for over an hour dealing with customer care trying to order me a new phone. Im upset over the experience that led me to have to come to the store, but was very satisfied with the level of service that the store provided.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They got me setup with the bogo for the S7 Edge. Every time I go in they are ready to help and eager to ensure good news with my bill, features, costs, and more. Certainly doing it right. They got me to switch.

Aw, the Sprint store. A place I am very familiar with. Probably because they sell garbage devices that constantly break or need service. Save yourself time and money, use smoke signals.

I was told it would be $70 a month I go in to pay my bill and they tell me $233!!! and they also tell me I filed an insurance claim and I never did. I will never deal with them again
