I cant even begin to explain how great the people in this store is! Kayla is an absolute joy. Im not exactly tech savvy but she didnt care. She worked and worked to make sure I knew everything about my new phone. Even help me set up a facebook and email. You dont find many workers that will go above and beyond for your but this store does that and more. Not only was she extremely helpful but she is so personable and friendly! I didnt more that halfway open the door before she was there ready to talk and welcome me. She told me about a survey Id be getting but I wanted to do more by doing a review. Shes really special and deserved to be recognized. Cause where others would of got frustrated with my lack of phone knowledge she stayed friendly, kind, caring, understanding, and helpful. Best Sprint store hands down. Thanks Kayla and team

I have had a number of issues to resolve (rebate applications, how to disable certain apps, changing the primary account holder, getting a Sprint Zone account set up, etc.), and the team at the Sprint store in Weirton has worked TIRELESSLY to help me in EVERY way. So to Jeff, Rusty, Tyler, Joey, and Kayla (even though they transferred her to a different store), HATS OFF!!! Youre the BEST! You cant find a nicer group of dedicated salespersons to assist you with your phone needs. 5-STAR all the way!

This is my third time at this location forthe same problem. The issue was with my phone and the insurance company sending wrong device...etc. Bobby was extremely nice....helpful and went above and beyond. Both Bobby and Meagan made a positive experience out of what seemed to be exhausting. The team at this location are great, work well together and put the customer first. Thank you

I went to the sprint store at the Weriton location with full intends to cancel my service. I had such a bad experience with sprint over the phone customer service that I no longer wanted to be a customer. James the manager and his staff at this location provided me with such outstanding service that I wanted to continue to be a sprint customer.

My experience at the Sprint store on 7/14/17 was wonderful, due mostly to the fact that Megan Briggs and Bobby were so fantastic. They both were so friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommended Sprint to everyone because of Megan and Bobby.
