I want to say when I renewed my phone contract last night, the customer service was great. Both Daryll (SP?) and Nikki (SP?), I hope I spelled both names correctly, were awesome. Both were very helpful, very informative, and went above and beyond with answering questions or trying to solve issues on our end and they both made sure I had everything I needed before I walked out the door. Thank You both you guys are the best.

Horrible. I sate for an hour, there was only 2 other customers. One of the imployees left to go to the mall to get something they didnt have in stock. Took him a hour to get back. Im not saying its a bad company, they just need more good imployees.

This place. .... I just moved from a place where I loved my verizon store and have been to a few that were 2 to 3 stars since then. .. and then i went to this one. Great staff, great service, amazing business. They have a long-term customer!

I bought a vehicle power charger from the Wintersville store. I cannot return it at the Steubenville store because they cant adjust the inventory. I guess customer service is just not a priority for this company.
