Had a great experience. Reps were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have always had terrible experiences at cell phones stores but they made it a pleasant experience. Had to wait a few minutes but its called patience and it is expected when going to get a new phone. If you are in the market for a new phone, I highly recommend this store.

Recently switched from ATT. The people here are amazing. My family and I had a blast while we were there. Everyone was willing to help, was knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. I cant say enough good things about these people. If your upgrading your phone or looking to switch, I highly recommend this store, you wont regret it.

Charged me $30 per phone for lifetime screen protectors then said they no longer honor it. Gave me a website where I need to pay $5 for the shipping. Would not replace my defective new phone with another new one. Paying for a new phone that was replaced with a refurbished one.

Ridiculous. Waited FOREVER. Steer clear of this location because you will just wait and wait and wait. We ended up leaving. Its a shame too cuz we were gonna sign up and get a new contract with new iPhones. They def lost a sale. Heres an idea: HIRE MORE HELP.

Try to stop by Sunday website says open till 9 PM closed before 8 PM Stop by Monday at 8:36 PM. Two employees Behind the counter doors were locked employees ignored me, TCC web site says open till 9pm. Terrible business practices
