The Manager Eric is mean and unhelpful and I thought he would have been fired by now. He always gives me a hard time when making returns and also thinks he knows everything. FYI Eric I never asked your opinion, i just want you to give me the parts I am asking for and be honorable with returns. Now Ryan on the other hand is awesome and has excellent customer service skills, he has gone over the top to make me happy on more than one occasion and he remembers my name when I come in. Sadly I avoid this location unless I have to come here for parts because of Eric! I do not want to shop here because Eric Sucks! ********RYAN FOR MANAGER 2017***********

This is an average auto parts store. Nice and clean and well stocked. The counter people do not have any exceptional knowledge or experience but they know how to use their computer system and are very friendly. They could save themselves a lot of phone calls if they would put their hours of operation in this listing. Also, their coupon in this listing is bogus. There are no discounts or special deals :(

Had a battery that got drained by alternator belt issues. It wasnt under full replacement warranty but still pro-rated but instead of just selling me a new battery, they checked and let me know they could charge it for me. A lot of places would have just sold me what I didnt need. They were courteous and professional, charged it and sent me on my way, very happy.

I have always had more than exceptional service here! Actually the guys behind the counter have always been more than knowledgeable and very helpfull in the jams I have been caught up in. Bought a battery while on vacation and took advantage of free installation since I did t have my tools. Manager performed the install himself, was very considerate (and quick), with high attention to detail (cleaned the battery posts, hooked up power to car so it didnt lose settings or reset time).

As a woman. All I needed was help popping in a headlight. They said NO!! Said they cant do that anymore. BS!!! I actually called around to other locations and ended up going to another 1 that did it for me...also said that guy lied.

Convenient location and was in and out with a new bulb in less than five minutes. Seemed a little cleaner than most auto parts stores as well. Will definitely visit next time I am in need of something automotive related.
