Very unhappy with service and attitude of clerks at the Missouri location...I called about a fuel pump for a certain Jeep and was told it was available there...when I arrived turned out all they had was for a model 2002, and I had specifically asked for a 1994 Jeep Cherokee.... I complained about a useless trip on foot and on the bus, and the clerk just laughed at me....I didnt think it was funny, esp, in 90 degree heat, and I let him know!!

Above and beyond great service! Randy J helped me find the correct light bulbs I needed for my vehicle and didnt try to up-sell me on more expensive bulbs. He was extremely knowledgable and very helpful with advice about some other issues I was having with my vehicle. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this store to anyone that needs help with anything related to automotive. Ask for Randy J you wont be disappointed.

Pouring rain and I am disabled I called inside the store told them my wiper just flew off and I need need wiper blades. Told them info on vehicle and they brought them out and put them on for me took money went in did transaction and brought me an receipt. That is going above and beyond for a customer. Thanks so much

This is the best auto parts store I have ever been to. Kevin and Eddie are amazing! They go more than the extra mile to make sure that you get the right part. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Its almost like having your own mechanic. I love this place and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Needed a new battery for our vehicle- I called in and was given several options to choose from. Joel delivered the battery to our house and helped me install it- he volunteered to help. All in all, a fantastic experience- would highly recommend!
