Terrible experience at this location. I understand that we got there at a minute until closed but the manager did not have to be so rude as we pulled in. We werent making a purchase, we werent looking at any products, but simply picking up a part. The manager very clearly, rudely & with such an attitude that I was appalled. Upon telling us they were closed at the outside door of the store, he proceeded to pull out his phone & Google the time the store closed then again with attitude & rudely said "um actually it says were closed". I understand that we got there at the time that they were closing. That was our mistake but being a manager he should of been more polite, & by most company laws, employees are not allowed to tell customers they are closing/closed or ask them to hurry up with their purchase. As a sales person myself I understand that employees have worked/ been on their feet all day but at the same time, they getting paid to let people shop. I will NOT be shopping at that store anymore. I will be picking my part up tomorrow then reporting them to the BBB.

I go to this location quite often. Nothing bad to say about these guys. Always great service. They value their customers and take care of them day in and day out. Ive tried other parts stores *cough cough* and have had terrible service, this place has never let me down. There is no point in going to any other parts store, these guys price match. -J
