Wont be going back to this Napa anytime soon. Front counter "Service" guy Stephen shouldnt be on service counter much less working with the public. How hard can it be to look up a belt for a 2006 6.0 engine? Do you really have to catch an attitude with your paying customer and slam your mouth and body forward as well as throw the computer monitor around to the extent of almost braking it? Funny thing is.... How would you ack if you were not sitting behind a counter? Im sure Napa isnt thinking your acting this way on their dime. Ive been coming into that store since they built it and have a fleet of trucks. There is another parts store down the street beging me for my account. They just took another customer from your store. I will not be using Napa again. Its not that hard to go to a store without an attitude.

Fantastic! Went to auto zone and advance, they cant do anything without their computer. They just stared at me like i was asking for kryptonite. I needed brake lines for a custom application, decided to try napa before just ordering online. I told him what I needed and he gave the parts to me. No computer searching no whats your make and model.

I agree with Joe. Two years later, and their customer service is still terrible. I have walked out of that store twice because I cannot get waited on. Our shop is almost directly behind them, so close we could walk over. We buy lots of auto parts, but not from them.

oftentimes the counter service is slow, but sometimes thats because they are busy. I cant complain about this location - used them plenty of times and they have been helpful - plus remember your AAA discount if you have it.

crew of this napa has no clue what they are doing . the manager has no customer service skills and should not be in this position. they need to redo the entire staff of this shop DO NOT shop at this particular shop !!!!

I agree with JP, Mili, and Joe: Do not waste your time, they will sell you a bad part or give you a blank look if you ask about any part. They will do both of these things with an attitude.

They have parts, thats it, no customer service, no tips, no help, and if youre lucky you wont get an attitude when you ask for something or call.
