This Pinellas Park AutoZone is amazing. Even with hard to find parts they always seem to have one of everything. Even when they didnt the manager gave me 10% off because the computer said it was in stock but it wasnt on their shelfs. I would reccomend this and any other AutoZone to anyone. Their website is also impressive allowing you to manage your vehicles and keep track of regular maintance. A++ Is the only grade suitable for them.

Employees are not helpful but it would still be a really great place for a parts store with employees that could quickly and ineptly look up parts as a certified Master Tech for 32 years I tend to find that all parts stores just hire people to sell parts they dont need to know anything about a car other than how to put gas in it to get to work

They were SUPER, SUGAR COATED, OTT NICE. THAT SENT A RED FLAG OFF FOR ME!!! WHEN I GOT HOME , FELIX, THE FELLOW THAT WAS GOING TO FIX MY BATTERY ASKED ME WHY ID BOUGHT A NEW ALTERNATOR???? I SAID CUZ THEY TOLD ME I NEED IT. WELL THEY WERE GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN A SKAMED SALE. ARENT THEY THOUGHTFUL???

Not much of a fan of this location or the customer service. might as well save yourself the headache and go a block down to Advance Auto Parts. Thats why Im glad theres so many auto stores in one spot so one of them cant get too big of a head! Only thing I could say is well-lit good selection

Went in to buy a Battery for my vechicle. I was immediately helped by the friendly staff. They located the battery i needed and i asked if they can install the battery for me since i did not have my tools with me. They were more than happy to install it.

These people take entirely to long serving customers. Being courteous is great, but making other customers wait while you bullshit with one for 10mins is ridiculous.

I have been going to this location for all my car parts and if they dont have the parts they will locate them and have them in store for you to pick up.
