THESE GUYS ROCK. THEY WORKED ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. INCLUDING AFTER THE STORE CLOSED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS NOT BROKE DOWN ON MY WAY HOME. THEY CHANGED OUT A BAD ALTERNATOR RIGHT IN THE PARKING LOT AND THAT WAS AFTER THEY TESTED THE WIRES GOING IN. THE FUSES AND THE BATTERY. JOHN AND COTY. ARE PRIME EXAMPLES OF HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. THIS IS MY AUTO ZONE NOW. I WOULD NEVER GO ANY PLACE ELSE GREAT WORK GUYS. I CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I APPRECIATED WHAT YOU DID FOR ME. IF ANYBODY EVER ASKS ME. ITS AUTO ZONE AT 23 AND GRATIOT, ASK FOR JOHN OR COTY.

Terrible service.. first off one worker was smoking a cigarette when we walked in. Another guy at the counter told us to hold on when we were the only people in the store. Un real. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Grabbed a pair of floor mats that said $7.45 and rang them up for 34.99.. went and pulled the sticker off that said 7.45 and it said 34.99 under it. But couldnt get the sticker price that was on them... All the worker wanted to do was try to hang them back up

Its always been my go to store. Last visit I waited and waited and waited. An associate was busy explaining her weight loss and diet to a "customer". I got tired of waiting. Luckily OReillys was close by.
