The worst customer service ever! its my second time at the store and Logan is the guy at the counter, when he checked the computer of my car to see what was wrong with it he refused to print out the codes for my car. All Advance Auto Parts print the codes for the customers so we know what parts do we need to buy from the store, and also we have some knowledge of what its wrong with the car. He lie in my face and told me that Advance Auto Parts stop print out codes for people 2 years ago, when I told him. Im a customer of Advance Auto Parts for many years and I know they print the codes all the time and I told him that I just got done printing out the codes a for my other car month ago, he was like, ""well... I guess Im going to print it out for you""" Thanks for your service Logan! I will never come back to the store again even know I live 2 blocks away from there! I prefer to drive to a farther Advance Auto Parts what are they can provide me with better service.

Ive been here several times when I knew what I wanted or needed a diagnostic run. Sure, the line might take a few minutes, but I think its worth the wait. Ive bought wipers here. They look up what you need, show you whats available, and advise you on those. Then install them for free. They dont charge for running diagnostics for the check engine light. I had a garage charge $90 for that, then sell me a $20 gas cap and charge for installing it. Ill never go there again. This store is great for the simple things, parts and supplies.

My friend and I just had a very unpleasant experience with the auto tech. Her headlight is burned out and we asked him if he could install the bulb, he said unfortunately he could not help so we asked if he could tell us how, again he said unfortunately he couldnt do that either so we then asked if he could help us get the hood up, his reply....unfortunately he needed to help someone else. We went to Advance and they were quick to walk us through the process.

Counter help told me my car needed 30 weight oil & I said, not in Florida. I think he was just young & inexperienced. I havent bought oil in 7 years..LOL.. Is it really almost 10.00 for 2 quarts of Their cheapest brand? I wont go back. I think he seen a woman who didnt know much about cars, & I dont know, I just didnt like it. He was also only one at the counter & it was getting busy. Auto Zone & OReillys is my favorite. Sorry Im just rambling.

In reference to Kaylees bad review: I have been to this store and have been helped by Kaylee a few times. She has gone out of her way to help me with my vehicle and has replaced the bulb on a head light for me and also switched out my battery. I have found her to be knowledgable and professional. I am wondering if maybe the nasty reviewer was having a bad day and took it out on the folks that work there.

The employees (Kaylee in fact) of this particular store have zero respect for its customers. Maybe the reason is because, most of them are very young and are just beginning to grow up. Their behavior is not acceptable and corporate office must make an effort to improve the quality of service. Auto-zone has never discouraged me from shopping based on employee attitude.

I showed up at 8:22 a.m. on a Sunday as it states they are open at 8 a.m. on this Google Places location. They were closed. On the door it says 9 a.m. and after trying to talk through the door to somebody they really did not care thats somebody would drive out of their way in the morning to a closed location. Probably worth an edit on their Google page.

We had two different car batteries die within the last week and got superlative service with both. One was a replacement under warranty and the other was a new purchase. Definitely would recommend this particular location, as we were blown off by another store. The guys who switched out the batteries were polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

They put my battery on backwards. Fried all the electronics in my Lexus. It was a nightmare dealing with claims and managers that would not even provide a fax number. They said they would help in paying for my blown amp but they did not. Avoid at all costs or it could cost you in the end.

Great place, convenient and a friendly staff that will help you find what you need. Came in for headlights and they were able to show me what type I needed and directed me to the ones that were standard for my vehicle; not trying to upsell to premium headlights I dont really need.

Came in yesterday and recieve the best customer service ever and he didnt have to help me with my windshield wipers but the fact that he was more than willing to help me makes me want to shout with David more often!! He is a people pleaser and he should be recommended for it!!!

Generally un-knowledgeable, although very willing to help. I live around the corner and have tried this place repeatedly with little success. I now only come here to buy easy things because of proximity. If you actually need to talk to someone, go to NAPA.

Only had one cashier helping clients. Guy was so flustered that when he put my wipers on the car he didnt install them correctly and it went flying off while driving. Wasted my time there and now have to go waste even more time fixing his mistake.

Agonizingly long checkout times, when you finally get to the counter to pay, theyll answer the phone and spend 10 min helping someone while you wait at the counter. A 30 second checkout could take 20+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

The folks here are really friendly and are very helpful. Had some connection issues with my battery and they spent almost an hour figuring out the problem and fixing it..and didnt charge anything for the service (only parts).

Talked down to. Was told store coupon not valid when other stores accept same coupon with no problem. Long wait times if you need assistance and to check out. Would recommend going to other stores or other retailer

Never rude, always try to help, always give military/veteran discount. Been here a dozen times or more as well as to other local Advance Auto, AutoZone, and NAPA stores. This is one of the better ones.
