We went twice in one day. In the morning we had a great experience, the gentleman that helped us get a battery was super knowledgeable, nice, professional & even put our new battery in! When we came in the afternoon it was terrible, 10 people were waiting in line, everyone was busy while Bretton was B.Sing with a customer that already paid, the line got longer & everyone was pissed. We finally paid for our wipers & asked Bretton to install them (advertisements everywhere saying free installations) he talked down to us by saying "if you know how to build legos you can install them" so we left, finding out later that he sold us the wrong wipers. A few days later we came back to get them on & Mike was happy to help us. He was cheerful, efficient & professional. Out of our experience majority of the employees wonderful & go above and beyond.

Purchased windshield wiper, rang up for more then listed price. I returned to the store on 5/04/14 and attempted to obtain a credit for the difference. The store manager, Ken in an abrupt manor told me that price was changed today to a lower price, without even looking up to verify. I preceded to purchase a 2nd wiper. The listed price was 19.99, again it rang up for 21.99. I told Ken he needed to look into this further. He rose his voice in a threatening manor telling me "I dont need to tell him what he needs to do". Ken is large individual, and likes to push his weight and size around. At this point, I was upset with him and told him not to be a smart ass! He continued to escalate the situation to the point we started arguing. SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST PART! I would avoid this store!

Service really is their best part. I ordered a battery online expecting that Id install it myself since I didnt buy it *in the store*. The service person noticed me outside the store, came out, and offered to install the battery for me. Without him, I would have been halfway through the job before I figured out that I didnt have all of the tools it ultimately required. I am grateful; the Team Member provided friendly and professional service.

This is the best auto parts store around! Everytime I go into this store, the people here get me exactly what I need. And a majority of the time I can pick up my parts the same day. Everyone here is extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to come outside and take a look at my car, and just offer there opinion and advice. I have followed there advice everytime, and have never been let down. Thanks to everyone there!

I have been to this store several times and a few times I needed assistance finding what I needed. I have had to return multiple items simply because they either dont listen properly or just dont care enough to make sure Im actually buying the correct size/item. Very dissapointed and frustrated. UPDATE: Erik has restored my faith, as he actually knows what the hell hes doing.

I called for availability of a wire set for my 86 corolla GTS. There are several variations on the car ranging from front wheel drive carbed to rear wheel drive fuel injected. The sales person knew exactly which version of the car i owned and gave me the best price around town. Thank you

Waited 20 minutes for instore pickup and of course they dont have the part I bought. Employees most likely dont know a sparkplug from a radiator -.- go to OReillys instead.
