Terrible experiences. I have had multiple negative interactions with the store. Its unfortunate because I make most purchases through local businesses as a practice. This store has cute things but the service is terrible if anything goes wrong with a product.I will give you 2 of about 4 negative interactions. My daughter bought an expensive necklace which was damaged (clasp was broken) and they would not return it even with a receipt.I have also arrived prior to closing time and had the associate lock door as I was walking up and proceed to tell me credit card machine was broken and could only take cash. I knew she was not being honest when I went to make an expensive purchase and amazingly enough the cc machine worked. I told her I thought the machine was broken and she became flustered. They carry jewelry Nordstroms also carries and you are much better off shopping at Nordstrom. In my opinion, dont spend your money here unless you are desparate or dont care about being able to return damaged goods.

Absolutely ridiculous Return Policy - buy a bracelet for my wife, and told jewelry sales are final and non-returnable. No visible sign plus no mention of the policy at checkout means no future visits to The Look Boutique!
