I am extremely disappointed with the integrity and lack of respect that the owner (?) displays in her store. I have witnessed and even heard her screaming at her employees. She was demeaning and very hateful to the people working for her. The clothes are nice, but way too expensive for the average shopper in the Fort Henry Mall. When you look into the store from the window it looks cluttered and is not appealing to the eye therefore not very appealing to a customer wanting to shop. Again, once you get in and see the prices you immediately want to leave. The atmosphere of the store reminds me of an upscale second hand thrift store. Random walls are orange and there is no decor on the walls. I am still baffled by the total disrespect the owner had for her employees which makes me feel like the second I or anyone else leaves the store shes more than likely talking about you.

First off i would just like to say that the only reason they are getting one star from me or anyone else is because that is the only way you can rate them! I dislike this store very much because i had my dream prom dress picked out and they were supposed to call to check to see if the place was making it anymore. The people at the glass slipper told me that the would check monday and call me because i had to order it this week, so i gave them till friday to call me then i had to call them to make them call the place ( which i didnt find very professional). Then they called and they waited too long to check because now they arent making anymore of them. So my conclusion is that The Glass Slipper does not care about their customers whichbis not the way to run a business! I would not recommend them at ALL!!!!!

After having had a terrible experience at another dress shop, The Glass Slipper worked with me and helped me locate my dream prom dress! They were so kind and helpful in the fitting room, and I felt comfortable enough around the staff to be honest about what I liked and disliked. When I asked to order a dress, they were extremely happy to call the company and work with them. I would not recommend any other dress shop more. In love with the small and inviting atmosphere, kind staff, and great selection. If youre looking for a prom or formal dress, Glass Slipper will definitely help you along the way.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about The Glass Slipper!! They have merchandise that you wouldn’t believe! Everything is just gorgeous!! The staff in Norton was fabulous, but the Kingsport staff was absolutely fantastic! They have the sweetest and most beautiful staff I have ever met!! Tiffany, Sierra, and Cameo were so helpful! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE them! When I left I truly felt like a DIVA!!

Terrible. The woman wouldnt even let me try on dresses that I wanted to. Ive never met someone so rude. She took them away and said they wouldnt look good on me. She didnt believe that me and my friend were going to prom and asked us a whole bunch of questions. She even asked people to see their inventions.
