Love this shop! Ive been going here for over 2 years and still continue to enjoy every visit. RU Game is armed with a laid back staff that is always willing to assist you or have a chat about current news regarding everything from retro games to WWE. Selection can be slightly lacking for certain platforms at times, but they really cant be blamed for that as selection is based upon what people bring in to sell or trade for store credit. A big thing they could improve on is their reproduction selection for the Super Nintendo, as there are quite a few Japan exclusive games that have since been translated and would probably sell very well if they could stock them. Prices are generally very fair, with most games and systems hovering a little above or below market value.

Awful store. Over priced for sure. But my real problem is the staff. I find myself often visiting when Im in the area just in case theres something good, and Ive yet to actually buy something. Each time Ive gone in, the staff did not acknowledge me at all, even when I was the only customer. To add to this, each time they were chatting with each other, using profanity loudly and often making sexual jokes. A couple of times they have even been sitting at the counter watching youtube videos (often with inappropriate language and jokes). Needless to say, I will not be wasting my time stopping in here anymore. And to the owner, have a serious talk with your staff. This kind of behavior comes across as very unprofessional and generally obnoxious.

This place is a wonderful, local business that has a lot of everything for your gaming needs. I have been here mulyiple times now, and everytime is a very pleasant experience. The prices might be a little higher than amazpn or ebay, but you get to support local business and the retro gaming industry. The 2 different employees I have met have both been helpful and friendly and willing to talk about whatever you bring up. I will always choose R.U. Game? First for my retro and even many next gen games. Anyone with a poor review has either not been to the store in a very long time, or is just impossible to please regardless. 4.7/5 ( didnt have lemmings or adaams family values on super nintendo

Customer Service excedes expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and amazing selection of "old-school" cartridges!! This is a great place to hang out and play a wide variety of games on many platforms. The operators are cool guys and gals that actually take gaming seriously. R U Game is a good place to ask questions about collecting, preservation, future releases or just chat about whatever. They are among the most detail oriented retailers with regard to the cleaning of older cartridges and discs. everything they sell is in immaculate condition. Thanks Guys!

I just had the best experience in a used game store that I have ever had in this store. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the available games and also worked with me on pricing so that I was able to get everything that I wanted and some more for the few games that I brought in for trade without having to spend any of my own money. they just got a customer for life. I walked in with $40 worth of trades and walked out with 90 dollars worth of games! There is no way GameStop can compete with that!

Yes, Im game! Friendly staff and a decent selection of new/used games, rare fan-made ports and gaming equipment; as well as used/carded action figures, toys, collectibles and more. Prices if buying are good/fair, so price check your mall competitor and take advantage of their price match! (I saw a Wii Classic controler a few dollars cheaper elsewhere, for example.) If selling, you can get cash or store credit, but a parent must be present for the sale. Ill be back!

Ive been coming into the store at least once a week for nearly a year now, and I love it. Prices are fair, and trade-in values are extremely generous (near what I could get from selling it myself on ebay after shipping + fees). Rare gems pop up pretty frequently, so every trip brings a new surprise. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and its always nice to talk to one of them about the latest gaming news.

Greatest video game store EVER!!!!!! most polite crew ive ever encountered, and selling and trading is worth more trading here. Kinda pricy on consoles but bought a used ps2 for 50, and it played even my most banged up game discs including ps1. I wanna see more R U Game stores, its already a blessing to have this one and Brandon, but more would smoke out crappy ol gamestop

This company is a scam and a joke. I brought my xbox one in to be repaired for a broke disc drive. It took then a month to tell me that the xbox doesnt work at all and I need a new motherboard. They lie and are very unprofessional. DO NOT do business with this store or you will be sorry you did. I will be filling a lawsuit against this company soon.

I have yet to find someone that was more knowledgeable about his job; lucky for me it was about video games. He had a binder for Xbox original and ps2 game compatibility as well as any console you could ever need. The only thing Im mad at is that Im visiting and I cant spend more time and money at that store.

I have been to this location a couple times here and there and let me tell you, you will not leave unhappy! Whether its help selling your old antiques, fixing console issues, or buying antiques, dedication is there. Great staff, fantastic game collection, overall A++ store. Really appriciate these guys.

Super fun little store. Theyve got all the classic games and consoles, as well as the newer stuff. Staff is always very friendly. Their buy back prices are pretty low, but theyll also take all the old games that you couldnt sell anywhere else, so its a give and take. Overall a nice store

I went in and asked some questions. The staff was rude (1 guy more than the other) and not wanting to help. If I didnt ask questions, I wouldnt have been approached + I was the only customer in the store! All this experience did was remind me to go to Amazon to make my purchase.

Staff is very nice and when I had an issue with my N64 controller they helped me out and gave me a very nice replacement. Prices may not more than ebay but they have a great mix of stuff and you get a small warranty which is great especially for consoles.
