Parking lot is terrible to get in or out of. Store is too small. Also went to order a collectors edition and they said they did not have it. Went online the next morning and found it, but by the time I got back in Easley my cart said it was empty (sold out, not available), so I could not show the idiot that they did in fact have it at the time I wanted to first order it. Needless to say lost my business for good; especially since I go there once every 2-3 months and was going to purchase a collectors edition and only really dissatisfied with the location and store size, but now I can add staff to the list.

Talk about customer service! I will never spend a dime at the newer store. I understand all gamestops are busy but it only takes 2 secs to acknowledge a customer. This gamestop had my question answered quicker than i was on hold at the other store( they never even answered just picked the phone up and sat it down). They didnt have what i needed, but he looked up which store did and how much they would be.

I like this store, I enjoy the staff. Today is the 26th of July and when I came in to make a purchase I wanted to gag it smelt so bad in there. Not sure if its an employee or what but someone needs to politely tell who ever has the bathing issue to put on deodorant. I have no problem telling my co workers when they smell. Id be embarrassed if someone thought it was me.
