Ive been there several times and have had some good experiences. Most of the staff is good and helpful but a few times the guys that were working made me feel rushed and were very short and, to be quite honest, rude when i was asking questions about upgrading systems and questions as a gamer. They treated me like i was an idiot for my inquiries and I didnt really appreciate their attitudes. But the past few transactions Ive had with them since then have been great, informative and helpful. I would recommend this game stop.

Great Store ! Super helpful Staff. Always so kind and Im always greeted right when I walk in the door. Always honest and they never sell you up. They give you the game or information you need and explain how it works, what doesnt and why. Hands down the best gamestore chain in the south and Gamestop has it @ another store if you cant find it here. The only negative thing I could say is there XBOX ONE*selection could be larger and a little cheaper.

After trying repeatedly to get our local game stop to answer their phones 2 mins after 6pm on Sunday I was able to get someone to answer 10mins after 6pm at this location. So they have my vote so far as a great gamestop to visit if possible over the other location in Waynesville across from Best Buy.
