Not my regular Gamestop but functional enough for an out-of-town experience. My only issue might be that in comparison to other stores the staff at this particular location seem disinterested in their jobs, there for little more than a meager paycheck. A little passion for the market goes a long way I think. That being said none of the staff has ever been particularly discourteous. The upside is when most other Gamestop locations fail, this one in particular seems to have those hidden gems in their selection that Im looking for.

Usually really decent. This time we bought something yesterday and came in to return it to buy the new cod game, and they wouldnt allow us to return it. We were told we had 30 days to return and now they are saying they wont accept it opened and "theres nothing you can do about it". The woman was really rude about it and the manager didnt bother to come out and talk to us. He is extremely rude everytime we come in, and to others as well.

The people in charge of hiring these people made a big mistake. The staff at this place is so rude and they act as though you are a bother to them. Worst gamestop staff Ive ever seen, and Ive been to more than a few. I only go here when I cant find a game at any other gamestop in the Tampa Bay area. Seriously, someone fire these curs and hire a real staff.

A nice place. My real only problem with the place is that when your going to trade( lets say a 3DS for example) they dont tell you you need the charger,stylus, and SD card. They dont tell you the requirements for trades, which could really ruin a great trade!

Ive tried calling in this more than 4 times and they never pick up their phones. Management does not manage their operations effectively here. I went into the store next day and they said they dont price match to best buy retailers either.

Staff isnt rude at all. They are really nice and more than willing to help. I went in there looking for an old game and they knew exactly where to find it and the guy behind the counter made sure I had the least damaged case.

waited in a long line to purchase 2 used games. when I was rang up the price was 35.99 rather than 25.99 as was printed on the game. they said, "Sorry, the price changed we wont honor the marked price." So I left.

Ive gone to this Game Stop for years and the only problem Ive ever encountered has been lines on a release day. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. Its my favorite Game Stop in the area.

No customer service what so ever, and they wonder why I never pre-order games when I am in the store. They do answer the phone when I call, but offers no help, so might as well skip out calling them.

Horrible. Staff is inconsistent and prejudicial. I had a fabulous experience at the dale mabry gamestop. I would rather drive the extra 5 miles to dale mabry than deal with the abhorable staff here!

Game Stop is a different store than they were 10 years ago. Their trade-in values are absurdly low. Unless youre purchasing hardware, look elsewhere; their prices on games are too high.
