Yet another disappointing experience with this location. I asked to know which of the Xbox One bundles listed on the website for $249.99 were in stock and the employee defiantly stated that they are all $299.99. I explained the model I was looking for and the price on the website and he remained steadfast in his "knowledge" of no such offer. I began to pull out my phone to show him the website and he then offered to check the back room for stock. He came back several moments later to say that it was an "online only" offer. This is not an online only offer since the offer description discusses protocol for purchasing in-store, but I realized this employee already decided he wasnt going to help me today so I gave up and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have yet to successfully purchase anything from this location due to unhelpful and knowledgeable employees.

Its way bigger and cleaner than the mall stores so that was a nice surprise. Still kind of get that cluttered ADD vibe because some things are scattered throughout the store and theres so much going on that you dont know that youre missing on a whole display of games for sale until youre walking out. No employees in the floor to actually ask questions which would be handy but it wasnt a huge issue overall. Will, the person who helped us, was solid and let us ask a million questions since wed never bought a game system. Despite having a pretty decent line behind us, he took the time to make sure we had all our questions answered and helped us make sure we got exactly what we came in for. They have a decent selection of preowned games and even a couple obscure titles. Well definitely be back and appreciate the good service.

Lines may be long but they are as fortunately quick with the right employees around. So far Ive had a fine and fun experience at this GameStop. I dont get mad like most when the employees "push" items and games onto me, if anything its very informative and I find it helpful. Dont get mad at them for doing so, its not their fault, its corporates forcing them to make a quota on pre-orders and sales so cut them some slack. The figures they have are just amazing to look at even if you arent a collector, like myself. Employees are a 10, pre-ordering is a 10, and customer service is a 10. If you really want good information about a game, talk to Peter. He doesnt know everything about every game but his tells you what he can from personal experience or information shared with him.

I would give the staff five stars. You can tell they enjoy there jobs and probably arent there for the great pay. They are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about games. I cant give the store 5 stars because the employees are overworked and have to answer phone calls, help customers, buy and sell and stock (probably a bunch of other duties)games all with only 2 sometimes 1 employee. Leaving the customer frustrated because of the long lines or long wait to ask questions. If they would pay for some extra help so the lines can move quicker I would definitely give it 5 stars. Still a great store. Definitely recommend it if your just starting off gaming and have questions. They will take care of you.

Giant store tons of options great service, there are always lines, just to pay for a 10$ gift card you could be in line from anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes just to pay for one thing. They should make an express lane for no up sales and 2 items or less purchases, maybe its just me but Ive seen people leave their merchandise behind just because they dont want to wait in line, this guy in front of me left his collectors edition titanfall 2 copy behind because the line was too slow and the game was valued at 100$ you know thats 1 item that could have helped their income revenue, lost money cmon you want our money dont you? Speed it up.

This GameStop is the worst GameStop I have been to in the United States. The employees are rude and dont know much about anything. The lines are always extremely long no matter what time of the day. And whenever I pre-order a game here, I never get any of the bonus extras like I do at other GameStops because they always have "run out". This GameStop alone made me not want to renew my PowerUp membership and start buying all my games somewhere else. Most of the good reviews on here are from 3 years ago so this location has definitely gone downhill.

I find the case for the pre-owned game I wanted to buy. I waited in line for about 30 miss as there was a long line. Once I get to the register they say they sold the pre-owned copy while I was in line but without the case because they couldnt find it. The employees were nice enough but what a waste of an hour of life and a failure of any sort of standard operating procedure. Lesson learned fu@k everyone just get in line and ask for all the stuff you want and scree over anyone actually shopping.

Just walked into GameStop at 8:55pm thinking they closed at 10pm not 9pm and was treated as if I was not welcome there. I work at a restaurant and understand how irritating it is when people come in when were closing , youre ready to go home I get it but you should never make your guests feel uncomfortable. I only needed 3 minutes there , I started looking for a game and ended up just leaving because the guy there was so pushy... Terrible customer service..

this gamestop is no good. I bought a refurbished ps3 turns out it doesnt work right. so I go to this store to return it and they give me some smelly dirty preowned unit. I called ahead of time to make sure they had one that was refurbished and he told me yes. I do the exchange and the guy doesnt even bother informing me that I am actually getting a preowned dusty cigarette smelling ps3. so now I hope the next gamestop I go to will give me what I payed for.

Usually have everything you need, and at a reasonable price! If they dont have it at this particular store, no need to fear, as there are 3 more stores within a 1 mile radius lol Employees are very friendly and helpful which makes the experience all the more enjoyable, especially when you have 3 children in tow with 6 different gaming systems and very different tastes in games! :)

Im use to the rude staff but today my 5 year old son had to go to the bathroom and the staff would not let my son use the bathroom, I was told the bathroom was for employees only. We barely made it to the bathrooms at crispers. My son was doing the Gotta go dance and they could care less. My family is done spending our money here.

Took forever in line to do a return because the place is seriously understaffed by corporate. Salesperson didnt even bother to ask me if I wanted to put my return on card and just handed me cash and was very, very pushy about selling me other games. Mainly I hate how they take absolutely forever to go through the check out.

Had simple questions and seemed more interested in not helping... very rude and laughed when I said something about it. Been shopping at this location for years...
