Worst service ever! They were clueless and unprofessional. I came in to pick-up a document package and they told me they couldnt find it. They kept giving me excuses and didnt put any effort in finding my package. I had to go through a whole process of calling the headquarters and reporting a missing package. After 2 hours they finally found it. They put me and shipper in a stressful situation. I advise you to save your time and not go here for business. I was dealing with the manager Cindy the whole time so I cant image the other workers. The manager completely blew me off and didnt have a care in the world that she had lost my irreplaceable government package. Its sad that people like Cindy represent UPS in a unprofessional manner. I am no longer going to be a customer of UPS because of how incompetent the workers (Cindy) function.

I came in last month to ship a large box and found myself waiting almost as long as I would expect at the post office. Once someone finally got to me, I found them very unfriendly and disorganized, almost as if they didnt know where they were. They mumbled something about opening the box and I finally decided to just go elsewhere. Other UPS Stores are MUCH better. Not a fan of this one though.

I use this store frequently because their service, their efficiency, and their general all around customer support is of the very highest quality. Once, one of their staff repacked my shipment and built me a smaller c ardboard box to save me a few bucks on the shipping price.

The 2 women who I talked to were rude and not very helpful at all. I left this store to get help from the one on monroe that is connected to publix and had a much better experience. Also the $3 computer fee is ridiculous. I will never use his store again.

Its Saturday morning 10:35AM & no one is in the Ocala Rd store!?! Did I mention the office hours are 10AM-4PM on Saturdays... uuuugggghhhhh! Time is money UPS!
