Normally I have a GREAT experience here! The items I order are usually done in an hour or so, great work, & great customer service even over the phone! However, I went in yesterday and the young man was rude, only talked to a younger girl that came in, & was SO unwilling to help me that I just agreed to whatever so I could get out of there! I felt as if I was annoying him. If I didnt already know how to fill out the form for my order I wouldve been out of luck because he wasnt going to help me with ANYTHING. I ALMOST did a large order with them for a family business, but he was so rude it ruined my entire day! Also, I came in the afternoon & for ONE shirt I was told I had to come back the next day AFTER I paid & I live 45 mins away. Sooooo disappointed. It was good while it lasted.

These guys are awesome! Byron helped me pick out the perfect shirts for my best friends Bachelorette party. The price was fair, and my order was ready the day before I expected. There was an error on one of their shirt and I paniced at first but they guys fixated it immediately . Great customer service Im happy to use them again and recommend them . Hey
