I have no idea how this store is stillbopen. This used to be one of the best dollar trees there was! When the old employees started to leave one by one the store got worse and worse. It feels like your walking into someones messy, dirty house. How can it be ok for it to continuously look like that? Ive been going to the kingsway store for almost a year now and thats the only one ill continue to go to. This stores shelves are empty, floor a mess, cases everywhere, it doesnt even look like it did 2 years ago. Some change they did here RUINED this store.

They dont really care about the customers. They always seem to be short staffed and the lines are alway long. Theres no one to even go get the shopping carts outside. Most of the time I bring one in with me. And when I mentioned it no one cares. This is also a liability to their customers vehicles. Some of the staff is nice but it could be a lot better.

I love this dollar tree! Every time I go in there is a lady named cici that has the upmost customer service and is always so helpful and funny! She has a great personality and makes the experience personable! She is the reason I continue to go here!

Dirty, disorganized, boxes everywhere, disgusting cashiers, dirty floor, smelly, nasty environment, broken items, missing items, all around just a nasty place to be. One star is still too much of a rate for this place it just be negative 1 star

Love dollar tree, it has come a long way. Can get fairly good items for cheap, but there are also things that are cheaply made, and not worth it.

The service is ok here. There is always a wait to check out though. Usually 10 to 15 is standard time. Not my favorite Dollar Tree location.
