I got a couch in Bristol Tn., had to pay to have it delivered. Well the two end sets need more stuffing , They told me to bring it back and they would replace the whole couch. I have a car not a truck and I cant pay 65.00 dollars to take it back and pick up another one. This hurts my faith in people. We live on a fixs income and a baby to take care of. Why cant they just bring me another couch for free delivery?

This store is in need of help. It sits off the main road and i think that might be part of the reason business seems so slow. They almost always have just one register open so the line tends to backup. Use a card because they have not had change before when using cash. Occasionally you can find a bargain so its worth the random visit.

Big Lots on the Parkway has a great selection of items for sale. The new remodel made the whole store feel bigger and appear more modern. The closeout prices arent always as cheap as I think they should be but at least the compete with Wal-Mart and always have lots of home décor.

Wonderful selections including hard to find items and friendly associates. Many of the items are priced way below the retail prices of other stores. Definitely one of my favorite stores.

This Bug Lots has a great selection of furniture and household items at a great price. The salesman was very helpful and they even held some chairs for us until we got moved.

This store is super big with a large selection of goods and furniture. Staff was very helpful with our furniture purchase.
