Staff unfriendly, unprofessional, horrible customer service. There was one employee, a younger man with accent who was super helpful and if he didnt know the answer for our question got someone right away. The rest of staff should be fired and replaced. Hey there are lots of unemployed people out there who would apriciate the job and the customers!!! There was only one cashier open in the entire store with an old employee who was super slow and when the line got longer and longer asked if they could open another line, she jerked her shoulder and told us to find a superviser. Really? They expect the customers to run around in that huge place to find a superviser???In other stores, cashiers can call other employees to come and open more cashiers. But then when we tried to asked other employees in Walmart uniform, all were super ignorant or unfriendly and either said "Im not a supervisor, you have to find one" or tried to lecture us or said simply with discuss in her face " Im off". How were we supossed to know? She was still wearing a uniform. Finally, the only one useful, kind employee who was very helpful earlier too, called the superviser and finally they called all employees to the front. Where were all they before, we had a hard time to find an employee in the rest of the store??? So it wouldve been possible to do the call right when we requested to open more cashiers at the very first time. Finally, we left just to find out that the cashier didnt ring up the sale price that was on a big bright yellow sticker that was very visible right by the bar code but she used the bar code itself. We had to go back and go through another ordeal with the refund. Horrible place to shop.

Terrible. No other way to explain it. I ordered an item online three weeks ago as it said it would be ready for pick-up the following day and it still is yet to show up. We sat at the customer service desk for fifteen minutes as people passed us and no one tried to provide us service. The store is unclean and the overall quality is run down and disgusting. Staff is dirty and unfriendly and show no appreciation for their job. Parking lot is covered in trash and homeless people stake the outside always begging for money. Im not an evil person who is against giving to those in need but when you get asked four or five times just entering and leaving the store it can become frustrating. Overall: Worst Walmart Ive ever stepped into. Would not recommend to any customer. Youd have better luck and service trying any other Walmart. Shut this store down. Please.

I live very close to this Walmart. I have lived here for about 15 years now. This Walmart is just a basic Walmart. I can see and smell fine and I dont think it stinks or looks dirty all the time. I go there about once a week on avg. The only reason I wrote this review is because of the reviews I see that are based on them being disgruntled. But then most people write a review when they arent satisfied, not when theyre satisfied.... Im not saying this Walmart is pretty, but it certainly doesnt stink and I havent been concerned with my health due to how dirty it is. Like I said, it is just a basic Walmart. They hardly have room to sell grocery items, but they do sell some... and no, they dont sell milk. And unfortunately maturity doesnt grow on trees, either.

I really dont like shopping at this Wal-Mart for a couple of reasons some of its associates are extremely rude every time I go in they look like they just ate a bucket of lemons and when you have a question they give you the ugliest of looks rolling their eyes and being snarky. I try my hardest not to even shop at this store I rather spend the extra $2.00 and go to Walgreens or winn-dixie. Also they dont have the selection that the other Wal-Marts do and the male pharmacist thats there is the the definition of rudeness you can tell he has no respect for women he talks down to them like we are trash. Wal-Mart really needs to hire people with better people skills my dog could do a better job.

I have been reading the reviews and it is very dismaying. Yes this is not the best place ever. If you know what you need you go and find it there. I called up today for something in particular, the gentleman was very kind and said he had it, so I do not need to chase all over Tampa looking for something. I am only giving it one star because it is very junky, the Walmart in Texas is junky too where I come from so I am used to it. I just thought that is the way Walmart is. I only shop there if I have to. But people really, if you cant say anything nice.......

Just moved in area. Needed Curtains. This wmart had a material department and my brand of ciggs that are hard to find in fl for some reason (although Im sure once I buy them all thatll be it of course!). Was not dirty or rude like other posters said. Cool its open 24/7 too. The ghetto wmarts close at midnight and have Sherrif make shift towers in the parking lots just 12 minutes away with cops out front almost all day. You cant get to the door with out being pan handled. This is not a bad store. Go to the one on fletcher if you dont believe me lol

Worst Walmart ever , dirty store , dirty floors , items with no prices on shelves. Lack of products . Homeless people asking for money , smelly people in the store. Lack of help to be found . Looks dated. Why they trying to keep this store open ? Just shut it down . No one cares any more not even those who work here. Il never come here again. I was just passing through and havent see. A small Walmart in years . Run away run away , lock your doors , keep your kids safe and hit the gas . An go to super center .

This Wal-Mart is dirty, sad-looking, and lacking most of the products that would bring you into a Wal-Mart to begin with. I come here sometimes, but only because it is a necessity due to location and prices. They did an upgrade recently, but they didnt do most of the stuff that the store actually needed, which left me baffled as to why they did the upgrade at all. Thankfully, Publix is nearby for groceries, and this Wal-Mart at least has cheap beer, so theres that lol.

One of the worst locations Ive been to. Not only are the employees not helpful, the store is small and antiquated. I placed an online order for store pickup and had to cancel because the store didnt fulfill it within the time frame promised online. When I called, they claimed they had 24 hours to fulfill my order and refused to help me. I canceled the order and will never use that service again. Just another reason why I should have planned better and ordered off Amazon.

Look!! This is an old store and yes it is a basic Walmart, but when I was looking for work boots for work and everyone else was sold out, they had the shoes and after I called the store to see if they had my size, the associate stated that yes she had pulled a pair and would have them at the jewelry counter for me. That says it all to me, good customer service and if you think that is a GHETTO WALMART go to Brandon. That one is a JOKE!!
