Im reading the reviews and "are we speaking of the bargain buys off lennard rd?" Well I love the owner and Im (black) Ive never felt like she watched me, because Im black and thought Id steal. Actually she knows daughters and mom and tells me often, if they were there or just left. How many business care enough to familiarize themselves with your family? Ive always recieved help from (the owner) and (Sherri) when she was there. I will admit some of the girls she hire besides (Sherri) does lack customer service skills. No hellos, or if you need anything let me know. Ive actually had no response while purchasing at the register (dead silence). Staff gets a F, but owner get A+ in my book I just wishe she hired others more like herself.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!, The owner is rude as well as her workers. They dont bother to speak or to even ask if you need help finding anything. They dont even look professional. Rather then showing you where something is they just point and expect you to know where everything is and have a very snobby way of answering you when you do ask them something. They will never receive any of my business. So if you are like me and like good customer service i wouldnt recommend this store at all.

This beauty supply is the perfect store to get spool of my beauty necessities. It especially caters to African American skin and hair, which is exactly what is best for me. Great service , a wide range of products and low prices. This place is great =)

Horrible customer service and the owner like to watch people and act like we trying to steal. Her cashier is. This fat black girl with a dirty attitude! No one told you to choose this job ! Your personality is UGLY. I only go here if its an emergency.

Yes they no customer service skils, are rude, and do watch as if all whom enter are stealing! Will take the ride and spend the money at White Diamond any day. Emergencies only as stated above.

Only 1 person on staff and was not very friendly or helpful. I mentioned Id never bought a wig before and needed help but got no pointers. It seemed like I was more of an inconvience to her.
