Terrible customer service. The cashier was on her cell phone the whole time. I could get no help. She scolded me for looking at the color of powder. I suggest you never go there. This place is dirty looking on the outside and the inside was no better. The customer service was unbelieveable. I have never been treated this way in my life. No one talks to another person this way, especially if you run a business. Telling me, I said Hold on!! as she continues her conversation on the phone. Terrible!!! Stay away!!

This is the worse beauty supply I ever been to. The lady Anita is so rude she has no people skills she has no work ethics she is a nasty person inside and out, I purchased an item and it didnt work, she lied to me to make the sale. Then when I called her to let her know the item wasnt working she started yelling on the phone "who does that?" I wasnt even rude to her I was polite. Shes unprofessional and has anger issues. DO NOT BUY THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! I will never go back.

I was there today, 8/22 and I purchased a product I used to get in Sallys. This is much closer. Price was just about the same. I didnt think it was dirty. Woman working there was fine, no problem. They have a nice supply of lipsticks and pressed powders. I didnt look for anything else. Person with me bought wax. They also have an amazing amt of wigs. Ill go back again.

Ive been here several times and everytime I feel as if Im irritating the staff by looking around. When asked if I need help and I say no thank you, I get a sigh and and irritated tone. Yes the store is clean but the customer service is never good when I go. I live close by but always make the trip further out to shop because other places are nicer and know their product.
