I love them, but there are NO actual black hair care products. You have to go all the way to the fort pierce location, which personally is an inconvenience. I understand selling where the product is requested, but I have a hard time believing theres no one asking their store for product. I think we just instantly get re-routed out of ease for the store. Otherwise.. Ive loved the gentleman thats been working there for the longest, GEs super kind. And if you want selection for anything else, from body care, to shapoos, treatments for hair, shaving items, extensions, etc. There are choices :)

The employees are blatantly rude, havent had any training and just seem like theyd rather be somewhere else. I went the the cashier who was an obviously new person, repeatedly rang up my items incorrectly, and when I asked him to look over the receipt to make sure everything was done correctly he gave me to much attitude youd think I insulted him. This store has great deals and pretty good products, so Ill continue to come here, but I wish the staff was more knowledgeable and less nasty.

OH MY GOD LOVE IT I just went there to check an iron and DIANA best cuatomer service ever, she explained me everything about them, deals and quality, I finally got a iron and thwy gave me a tote, a spray and a curling iron fOR FREE!!!! I am speechless, really best experience ever, and a second custoner was waiting for her. TOTALLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE NOW, she really should be the manager Thank you DIANA you made my Day!!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They are always answering all my crazy questions and offering advice ok products and how to achieve the look Im going for. The rewards card is great too because you get rewards beased on what you spend. I really like the people here and there are always good deals or sales going on.

It sometimes has things in stock. The staff is horrible and untrained in the field of cosmetology. Never can answer correctly or just makes up one. Ive even had the luxury of showing up and the store being closed hours before closing time.
