This is probably the worst place Ive been to. They supposedly close at 9:00 pm and I arrived around 8:40 pm just to try to get a needle and thread, there were 2 more customers in there already and the open sign was still on. I waited outside and knocked on the door a bit to try to get their attention and they clearly saw me but ignored me like I wasnt there. After the last customers finished paying they stayed inside talking and then they finally looked at me so I signaled my hands in a threading motion to tell them that I only needed a needle and thread and the cashier playfully told me that it was "too late". After that they all laughed at me while I walked away and I tried so hard not to flick them off. Im never going there again and i hope they get shut down honestly. Its too crowded in there anyways.

I will NEVER shop to get my hair products or hair from this place again. I have never been so disrespected or felt so uncomfortable shopping in a place before. Typically, I try my best to support black businesses but this one will not have mine or my families support anymore! Say goodbye to your paying customers!
