Terrible customer service it doesnt even deserve a star . As I walk in the store the 2 ladys that were so called associates was trying on makeup not even a greeting there were so busy into themselves,as I try to ask a question about a product she looked so annoyed of the fact that I was asking her. This store is a total difference to the one in plantation. I wont be shopping there anymore I rather take the drive to plantation were the service is way better and much nicer

Worst place I have ever come across..No customer service whatsoever..Too much Jamaicans work there all they do is talk to each other in Patwa (patois) and care less if u have a question or not...Especially the girl name Nickeshia..I went to cash out my things and I said hi how are u and she did not even acknowledge me.She was so busy talking to the other Jamaican girl...This is my 4th time in this store and it keeps getting worse each time..Ridiculous.

Very bad customer service and the store is unorganized. They had a tag in the wrong spot and instead of giving me the item for the price that was displayed the manager became extremely rude and had an attitude. They will not get my service again I was so disappointed in the way the situation was handled Ill just travel to a different beauty supply store from now on.

Really a gem in Coral Springs! I always find fake eyelashes, makeup,, facial razors, and other items that would be double the price at Sallys at this store and the quality of everything Ive bought has been great. People are always friendly to me every time Im in there and I find great stuff in there, couldnt be happier.

Though this store has a vast array of beauty supplies, the customer service is absolutely terrible! The employees will look at you and not ask if you need help and when you do approach them theyre rude! Very disappointing, especially when theyre sister store in Tampa is amazing.

Bad customer service, no assistance trying on wigs and when she came back from break she huffed and puffed and said theres limited number of wigs to put on. The last time coming here!
