Super disappointed. Purchased two sets of gel nail polish and the quality of the polish was really bad. When I applied the polish it wont be cured by the uv light. When I returned to the store to exchange the polish the manager refused to change because the box was open (how else would I try the product!). This is super ridiculously negative customer service and they have lost a customer! I hope the owners read this review because I regularly purchase all my hair and nail products at this store and now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place!! They have a ton of options, they are also open to the public. On top of all that the staff at the hialeah location are the sweetest!!! Hence, thats the only location I have been to. Thank Youuuuuu
