Very disappointed. Went in yesterday to get a new iPhone. Wasnt even offered the B1G1 on my iPhone. No one ever mentioned it. Called back today and was told yep it was going on. Nope we cant fix it because that was yesterday this is today. Have went out of my way to make sure if we add or change phones its done here because in begging I was super awesome. But will totally not be returning to this store. Very disappointed with the service.

This store will sell you what ever you ask them for but dont ever go back there with a problem and need help . They do not want to help with warranty work ! They will try and sell you another or ask you to use your insurance ! Very very upset with how I was treated by the manager !!! I would find another sprint store to do business with and stay away from the plant city spring store !!!

Pre-ordered my phone today on the exact day it was able to be pre-ordered. I was promised a phone on the release date... and when the release day comes they call me to tell me they dont have it. But meanwhile they have everyone elses. Good thing is they have no idea when my phone will be in.

Everyone should go to this sprint store. They hooked me up. Everybody works as a team. I came in with a problem with my phone and they fixed it. Also walked out with that new IPhone 6s Plus and they also lowered my bill. Great experience!!! Thanks for the hook up.

my charger burnt and got a new charger and wont charge my phone and they say oh well you have to wait until we have someone to go look at it
