So not only is this pharmacy ran by rude, mean people but their also LIARS! I would NEVER walk into an establishment, start cussing & calling people names. Even after they were mean & belligerent to me, i was nothing but cordial to them. You people are really unbelievable!! You treat me like a piece of garbage on the street the first time i visit your establishment, I write you a bad review and you respond back viciously & with LIES??!!?? WOW.....All i can hope is that this business will be shut down one day and maybe these people will reflect on the way they treat strangers or anyone in general......You should all really be ashamed of yourselves. GOD BLESS 1st Review: HORRIBLE PHARMACY! Went in there to fill prescriptions for my 67 year old father who just got out of the hospital (SFB) from having surgery and they were EXTREMELY RUDE to me from the time I walked in the door. Im assuming they discriminated against me because i have tattoos & piercings. I had my fathers drivers license as well as my own which showed we share the same last name. They treated me like i was a drug addict trying to fill fake prescriptions. My father is unable to walk & not able to fill these prescriptions himself which Im sure Im not the first person to ever fill prescriptions for their elderly parents. These people told me they needed more info & when I went to get my phone to get the info they needed, they tell me to take the prescriptions to CVS & refused to help me. Obviously these people CARE NOTHING ABOUT FAMILY or the care of. I have never in my 32 years of life been treated so RUDELY & UNPROFESSIONALLY by any company. I am really shocked by the whole experience. I rarely write reviews but this experience was so BAD that I felt people needed to know how these people treated potential new customers, hopefully I can spare someone else the grief of dealing with these ATROCIOUS & RUDE people. Family Care Pharmacy has been my Pharmacy for almost 2 years now. I have loved that place since day one. The friendly, courteous staff has always made my visits quick, easy, and I always leave with a smile. Have you ever waited for 40 minutes or more at those big chain pharmacies for your prescription? I have NEVER waited more than 15 minutes for my prescriptions at Family Care, even when I walk in with Rx in hand when it has not been phoned or faxed in first. Plus, the kicker for me is that despite the fact that they must have hundreds of customers, but they always greet me by name. I like that! So, my rating is two thumbs up AND a snap! ** And as an afterthought, I should add that I dont live in Plant City. I drive in from East Tampa. Its worth the extra travel time for me to have my meds serviced at Family Care.

The previous poster came into the pharmacy and called my staff f-ing idiots. My techs and my cashiers who are excellent at customer service and are nice to everybody! We didnt ask him to leave because of his tattoos as most of us have them. We asked him to leave because he was unruly, vulgar, and mean spirited. We love to help people, but we didnt sign up for abuse. Sorry Mr. Futch, maybe you should try being nice.

Went in and was greeted with a smile. I had a bad sinus infection and my medicine was filled within an hour. They made the process easy and the prices were unbeatable on my two prescriptions. You can tell the staff is like a big family and is nice change compared to the big pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. Highly recommend!

Left the hospital with a prescription..they had it but wouldnt fill it saying theyre not accepting new patients for this type pain medication..so I have to sit around with a swollen dental abcess and wait till next Monday to get my medication elsewhere dont waste your time with this place
