I have decided to do a very negative review on Wal-Mart pharmacy in Bristol TN. My friend has been getting her medicine filled there for a year every Monday like click work. Today...all of a sudden they can no longer fill her meds due to having New Management... I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting the new manager , and let me just say....she has the poorest customer service skills imaginable. I did everything she asked me to do...to get turned away! She insinuated that I was turning in a fraudulent prescription when its been by the same Dr for a year! I am an executive accountant for a very popular dealership in Kingsport and in no circumstance would I take a fraudulent prescription anywhere. So Wal-Mart you all have made a very bad decision when choosing this woman to be a manager! It is not ok to treat people who have been loyal to you for a year this way! This woman is rediculous and obviously there werent any other candidates for the job! There are still good people in this world...but the problem is women like you in positions like yours that degrade other human beings for no reason! No one has ever treated me with such disrespect and disgust!
