I just moved out this way so I was trying to find a local small business because I enjoy helping them vs. The big pharmacies, I went to see if they carried my meds and was told they would call me to let me know never rcvd the call. Finally I filled and the next month went to fill again and was told that its been a month since I filled and they are not going to fill my meds if I come once a month well last I checked you can only fill the same meds once a month unless stated otherwise and then to receive the rude attitude and made you feel like you are doing something wrong. Dont ever expect them to call you back or to even call to say the script is ready as you will be waiting for a long time and dont expect a friendly staff at all

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have the worst phone etiquette I have ever dealt with in my life. I asked them a question that they couldnt answer and that was fine i understand protocol, however the person who answered was EXTREMELY rude and was so nasty on the phone. I mean he even insinuated that I was some person trying to scheme when he said "mam I dont know what answer you are trying to get out of me". I mean who says that? I will stay with big known pharmacies and pay extra to not have horrible customer service like that.

Love, Love, Love this pharmacy. Gene is very knowledgeable regarding the medicine my doctor prescribed for me. I did not understand the side affects, if any, and the amount I was suppose to take and how long. Gene took me back to my elementary school days and truly explained everything to me in simple terms. Most larger pharmacies give you everything to read and it is so much and has been very confusing for me. Gene has the patience to deal with a pit bull like me. For this I am grateful and will always come back to this pharmacy.

Please DO NOT use this pharmacy. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. It will take you days or even weeks to get your medication and every time you call with a question they always reply with someone will call you back and no one ever does. Was told numerous times my prescription will be ready at a certain time or day and it NEVER was ready or even started on. Please save yourself the time and headache and not use this joke of a place.

I called the number on Google and I couldnt understand the man who answered. I asked him who I was calling and he asked me who I was instead. It was the right number. Very inappropriate for a small pharmacy. Theyre not going to take business away from big pharmacies with phone etiquette like that. And they dont carry my medication and he didnt offer to help me find it.

Nothing at all. They dont return calls. I dont know what they think theyre doing. I hate to say it, but Id rather support Walgreens although I dont like the big pharmacies. Guys, you really need to, at least, pretend that you care.
