Sounds like the bad reviews are only from butthurt stuck up b*tches in my opinion. These ladies are fabulous. They helped me find my wedding gown plus accessories and I have done consignment with them in the past. Heres the things ladies and gents. Consignment is gently worn. Not stained, ripped, vomited on. It doesnt matter if you paid $5,000 or $50. Its been worn on your body with your extract of B.O., dead skin cells, skin oils, and shedding hair, and whatever else your date and entourage donated to your stellar ensemble. Its like a car you drive it off the lot and it drops substantially in value. New is not owned. New is never bought and owned. New is off the factory line and untouched. Also to those who bought it but never wore, seasons change and so does style. So THAT will effect price. Not to mention cleaning fees by the shop, pay for employees to sort and rack, and it may take up valuable rack space and not sale. So ladies be ladies and understand economics and supply and demand before you fling mud. Or else its eBay and Craigslist for you darling. As far as bad customer service I personally have never experienced it. If you so happen to be a customer who did experience bad service why not be an adult instead of a passive aggressive jerk online and contact the business. Some of you say, "Well I tried to call them "X" amount of times and NEVER heard anything." When in reality it was once and you called on a Friday and didnt hear back by 12am Monday morning and flipped your drama button on to over drive. PUHLEASE. Ladies you are fabulous and provide outstanding service and product. 5 stars.

This place is HORRIBLE! I tried to sell some of my dresses there and when I went to pick them up she made me go through to try and find them myself while she sat there watching. I went through the whole store and couldnt find 2 of them. So a while after that I went in with pictures and my name was not in the computer. So she was going to take my info and call me when she found it. I simply asked what would happen if she could not find them or my name and she got very defensive and rude and basically yelled at me saying they probably got donated because I waited too long to come in. Then when I disagreed since they lost them and I had already come in once, she basically said it was my fault! I have NEVER been so disrespected in a business in my entire life! I will never step foot in there again and I encourage everyone to stay away and find somewhere else!

I went here with my mom to find a dress for her for my wedding. The woman who helped us was eager to help from the second we walked in the door. She searched through racks and racks of dresses to find something that my picky mother would like. Within 30 min. she had found the perfect dress. The only thing I did not like about them was that alterations had to be done at a womans house. The woman who did the alterations is very nice, but she had no room to change in. My mom, being a very modest woman, was not comfortable with that at all. However, her prices for the alterations was very affordable! Overall, we had a good experience here.

These ladies r the best! I didnt even know what I wanted. Im so picky and a complicated customer, plus their was a criteria for the the dress I had to get foe graduation. The ladies picked out 3 dresses and they found me the one. :-) I spent an entire day shopping and they were my last stop. They found the perfect dress in 10 mins, and it was extremely affordable!! These ladies were more than polite too and they know their stuff. Also, they hav nice accessories too. I recommend anyone who is trying to find the right dress to go here as your 1st stop!! Thank you again so much!!

Prom time is always a time Full of STRESS ! I searched everywhere here in the city , I even went out of town in search of a Prom Dress . I could not find one . I had heard many good things about Two Times A Lady, so I decided to pay them a visit . Best Decision I couldve made ! They took my stress away . Not only did I find the Perfect Dress , but The Customer Service was phenomenal . I felt very welcomed , the employees were super nice and helpful . They also a beautiful variety of Gowns . Id recommend Two Times a Lady to anyone in search of a gown for all occasions .

Yesterday I stopped by two times a lady to look for a simple wedding dress and I was shown a couple of different dresses....couldnt find what I was looking for and the lady that was showing me these dresses seems like she was in a rush to get off from work...and just as I was leaving I said thank you to her and she walks away had her back towards me pulls out her phone said ok goodnight... never said sorry you couldnt find what you were looking for or anything, I was very disappointed I will not shop here again :(

I loved her<3 If you cant find what your looking for in the store she has books you can look through then you can pick it that way. I paid a crap load of money for this ugly dress from another place and she traded with me and gave me this beautiful dress for 80$ and the dress that looked bad on me. Im picking it up on Friday and Im so excited! Shes really nice, and the little red head that works with her is such a sweetheart. Best place to go if you need a dress hands down(:

We went shopping here looking for a wedding dress because I didnt want to go to the big stores. It was a great experience. The owner is very helpful with helping you get dresses on, as well as suggesting dresses for you. I tried on things I would have never picked out for myself. I found the perfect dress for me as well as a beautiful dress for my maid of honor. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress at a reasonable price.

The lady inside is really nice. I hate to say that I always question customer service to African Americans in small shops in the South. The woman asked me what type of dress I was looking for and directed me to a selection of dresses I liked. She checked on my every once in awhile and assisted me in accessorizing. She couldnt stay with me exclusively, because she was working alone, but she did a good job. I will be going back,

Looks like theres another customer that had a bad experience. They lost a wedding dress. I had to go through the dresees . Been in there 4 times. Exchange numbers. The owner has not contacted or pay me for my loss. Heads up. Take pictures of your dresses. They are unorganized. Also asked them how much they think theyll get for it. They only paid me $25.00 for another dress.

They are very friendly. They helped my daughter and her friends find homecoming dresses. My daughter isnt the easiest when it come to clothes. She is very picky and wont buy anything unless she is absolutely in love with it. They were very patient and helped her find the perfect dress. I will definitely be going back this year. Not to mention their wonderful prices!
