I have to say after reading all the reviews I was hesitant on coming here. Im so glad that I DID!! The store itself on the outside doesnt look like much, but they have a wonderful selection for all shapes and sizes & top designers. I found my beautiful wedding gown here. They were pretty busy when my mom and I walked in, but they told us that they would be right with us. (It was Saturday all bridal shops are busy!) After some customers left we were helped by the wonderful Nanette. She had me fill out some paperwork and then she took me back to the dresses and started asking me questions about what I liked, price range and questions about my wedding. I picked out some and she took them back to the fitting room. She picked out some as well that she thought I may love. We went back to fitting room which was very large and clean inside. From what I saw there were 4 rooms. She was so patient and kind with me she took the time to ask me more questions and we went outside to the step stool (after another brides was done with it) and went out to the big mirror. She asked me where the dresses ranked in order, what I didnt like etc, not once did I feel pressured to buy or anything. She actually took the time to button every single button and I didnt feel rushed at all during my appointment. (Ive gone to many places and they didnt even bother to button all the buttons or anything just clamped it shut) I was very pleased. I found the dress that I loved!! I knew it was it, but I still wanted to look elsewhere and I didnt feel like I needed to buy it that day or she didnt make me feel like I wasnt important after I said that either. She made the experience wonderful. After trying on about 9 dresses, we went out and she asked me briefly about my bridesmaids and we wrote down some styles that I liked too. She was so helpful. Im so glad that I came here initally because I wasnt going to just because of the reviews. My advice is to really take into consideration what people think, but dont let it stop you from having your own experience. Not only did I go back and purchase my dress, but my sister in law bought hers there too and had a wonderful experience. Im taking my bridesmaids here soon too to try styles that they like. I would recommend Elegance to any bride looking for a great experience. Ask for Nanette and you will not be dissapointed!

Where do I begin? 1st they told the bridal party that I was in that we would have until a certain date to come in and get fitted for our dresses and put the order in. Within a couple days, they were contacting the bride to let her know that she needed all the bridesmaids to come in within the next 2 days to get measured because they had to have the order in that week. We should have walked out then. We all put in the order and all was well.....until a month later one of the bridesmaids recieved a phone call that the size she needed wasnt available and that they would have to order the material and make the dress. Why, if you rushed all of the bridesmaids to get their measurements in so fast, did it take over a month to find out the dress wasnt available in that size? The girl went in and they figured out a solution. Fine. The dresses were supposed to come in the end of March, beginning of April. They didnt call us to let us know that are dresses were in until April 20th. The wedding was at the beginning of May!! When we went in to pick up the bridesmaid dress, they had ordered the wrong dress. The sequence belt that was in the dress was supposed to be the same color as the dress and it wasnt!! It was black. They looked horrible! The bride was extremely upset and frustrated. They were willing to take out the sequence belt and insert just a piece of extra material from the hem of the dresses, which made the dresses look so plain and ugly. You would think that they would apologize and try their best to make sure that the bride was happy, but they didnt. In fact, they were rude. The Bride wanted a full refund for the dresses as they should have given her, she was willing to take $20 off the price of the dresses. The Bride didnt give up. She had to keep insisting and they finally gave in and only charged us for half of what the dresses cost. The dresses didnt look good and they were so plain. They then messed up on the order of the tuxedos for the groomsmen. 1 groomsmen shoes were falling apart another they were to big and they all didnt match. I wouldnt buy a dress from this place, even if it was the last place to go! Owner was horrible, Employees were horrible and you dont get a friendly vibe from anyone that works there. Dont go there!!

when i first went in to initially try on wedding dresses i was impressed with the service and many styles of dresses they had. i had went previously to davids bridal and wasnt happy with their service. Being that i wanted to see all my options i went to another dress shop and found my dress elsewhere. Because of their wonderful service i decided to get my tuxes through elegance anyway. When my wedding date got closer i hadnt heard from them about my tuxes. It wasnt till a day before that they came in and when they did they ordered my grooms tux in the wrong size and my fathers also. I was not a happy bride. One day before our big day and i was worried to get the tuxes right in time. When they reordered my grooms tux they got an entirely different tux then the day before. How is this possible??? They just had the right tux but wrong size and now an entirely different one. When my father went in to try his tux it was three sizes to big and when he told the lady she said that he looked fine. Like she didnt want to deal with it. The same lady i had seen previously when they went in for their fitting was very rude. Overall this "ONE LADY" made the entire experience horrible for me and i would never go back or reccommend this place to anyone because of her. She wouldnt tell me her name so i hope no other bride has to go through what i went through

I HAVE NEVER WENT INTO ANY BRIDAL SHOP THAT TREATED YOU LIKE YOU SHOULD BE THANKFUL YOU CAME TO THEM. THEY ARE VERY RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. THEY LET YOU STAND THERE WHEN YOU WALK IN WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. THEY COULD SAY WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU BUT THEY DONT. THE PLACE IS UNORGANIZED , THE DRESSES ARE SO CRAMMED ON THE RACKS ITS HARD TO LOOK AT ANYTHING. MY DAUGHTER FLEW IN FROM LAS VEGAS AND TOOK TWO DAYS OFF WORK TO GET FITTED FOR THE DRESS, THEY WERE SO RUDE TO HER, IF MY FUTURE DAUGHTER -IN-LAW HADNT OF SENT THE REST OF THE GIRLS THERE I WOULD HAVE LOVED FOR HER TO HAVE GONE SOME WHERE ELSE. WHEN I FIRST SAW THE STORE DOWN TOWN HIGHLAND I THOUGHT IT WAS A RESALE SHOP. FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT LIKED THE PLACE, YOU MUST BE USE TO RUDE PEOPLE. WITH THE NAME OF THE DRESS WE WENT ON LINE TO THAT DESIGNER AND TO OUR SURPRISE IT WAS CHEAPER THAN AT THE STORE OF COURSE, SO PLEASE NO ONE ELSE SETTLE FOR THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT, THEY SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THERE STILL IN BUSINESS, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SO PLEASE BE AWARE, I HAD TO GIVE IT A POOR RATING BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE BELOW POOR. I ALSO THINK THAT THE PEOPLE THAT LIKED THE PLACE AND GAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW WAS FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND THEMSELVES.
