I was going to have my dress purchased from this establishment preserved so I brought my 700$ dress and somehow my wedding dress was misplaced. I attempted to contact Simply Elegant for 2 years about my missing wedding dress and when I finally got my dress back it was a mystery box sitting on my front porch from them with my dress inside of it and I was so completely excited to have my guys back until I open the box and saw that my wedding dress instead of being preserved has been leaked on and staying by the cardboard box that got lost in. this place in this this store. When they finally did find it they said to let me know they had found it and whenever I finally got it back it had been lost in a cardboard box and water had leaked all over it, destroyed my dress and it was never preserved even though the preservation had been paid for already. The only compensation I received was an empty apology no refund and the complete attitude from whoever the person I spoke with was. Not only do I believe I deserve a full refund for the dress I cannot resale or wear again Anthropologie would have been nice as well as compensation because I did not want to have to deal with taking them to small claims court and I would post a picture of the destroyed but since it was already completely worthless as far as resale value I burnt it after the divorce because thats when I finally got it back whats up ladies camp reservation is just another way for the bridal dress company youre working with to make money and it serves no purpose other than to put it in a box instead of repurposing it and selling it or letting someone else wear it. Simply Elegant if youre willing to make amends Im listening because what you did to me as a bride with how much money I spent on that dress and the fact that you lost it for so long and then returned it to me and nondescript cardboard box ruined doesnt say too much about how much you care about your clients who are mostly brides. A wedding dress boutique store has no excuse for losing a brides dress ever and if that does happen which would be mortifying to me if I were the owner of a bridal shop complete compensation would be a minimum of my customer service. What that said ladies I hope that his new owners and the old are are no longer because if the owners are still there that I am and I hope that the owners read this and realize that they negatively affected a brides life and thats not the business youre in. I did not take you to small claims court because I didnt have time or money since I got jacked by your company so thanks I hope you find it in your business sense morally and ethically to fix the situation. The dress was purchased in 2000 I did not get my dress back into 2000 and 8/8 years after the fact. Unprofessional.

I chose Simply Elegant based on their online reviews after comparing to other local dress shops. My initial experience in the store was good. I was given ample amount of time to try on different styles of dresses and accessories. I selected a gown and a belt to go with it. When I picked up the gown and belt I noticed that the color of the belt was different from what I had originally tried on. After reaching out to the store I was told that the belt I tried on was white but I ordered the belt in ivory to match my dress. I remembered being asked about the color when I was placing the order, but I didnt know that it was different from what I had tried on. I simply thought she was confirming that I wanted the ivory belt to match my ivory gown. I was under the assumption that the belt I tried on was ivory, but obviously it wasnt. I understand mistakes happen - regardless of who is at fault - but in this case my concern is more with the customer service and the way my concern handled. The person who sold us the dress was extremely rude when I called to inquire about the difference in color and I was told that I signed the receipt saying no returns or exchanges. Even after I explained how I thought the mistake happened (an error on my part and the sales person), I was told that I had no options but she was sure Id look beautiful in the dress and belt. I appreciated the compliment but ultimately it did nothing to address my concern. Wedding dresses and accessories are expensive and its typically the one time in a womans life that she doesnt want to settle for something she doesnt love. I wasnt looking to return it - I was well aware of the store policy. However, I would have appreciated the option to exchange the belt for something else at the same store. If the store had better customer service, I would recommend it but I was very unhappy with the way I was treated and how my concerns were addressed.

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I said YES TO THE DRESS HERE! Awesome selection, intimate setting, and it felt very warm and friendly. It has less of an assembly line feeling than Davids bridal and other big impersonal dress stores. I would definitely recommend this place to all brides. There is a dress for every type of woman there. They seem to be like the perfect hand picked sample from a ton of dresses that seem like all the rest in their own category. Just a really beautiful selection. Didnt seem to be underwhelmed by any of them, even in the styles i wasnt interested in. Tiffany is an incredible, helpful, accommodating lady! She was honest with me and gave me some great advice without being to overwhelming or opinionated. Go in and find your dream dress! Its in there for sure

I loved all the attention to detail received at this bridal salon! It was my first time dress shopping for my upcoming wedding and the staff made it so easy and made me feel so special (a rare thing if you have ever gone to other shops-I went to Davids Bridal [never again]) The staff listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the dress of my dreams! They even let me make an appointment to just try on the dress because my grandmother came into town, she wanted to see it before the big day. Overall, I would recommend this boutique for your bridal needs if you are in Pensacola or surrounding areas. They can even order things from their larger shop in Ft.Walton and have them ready for you if they dont have exactly what you want in store already!

Bought a dress from this boutique for a military event. They had a huge selection of gowns and also told me they could order a few dresses I had in mind. I was helped by Tiffany and she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was very attentive and helpful when it came to needing help getting into a gown or just finding something I liked. I ended up ordering a gown that they had but in a different color. Tiffany took my measurements to insure I would be ordering the right size and she told me when to expect the gown. The gown actually came over a week earlier than she said, was a beautiful color and exactly identical to the picture online, plus it fit perfect! Thank you Simply Elegant and thank you Tiffany!
