I had a pretty bad experience at the Bridal Suite. First of all, when I went in, they were kind of snobby to me and my bridesmaids. All of my girls, except one, paid in full when we placed the order for their bridesmaid gowns. Two weeks later I went to the suite just make sure that the order had been completed and that they had ordered the dresses. They had not. It had been two weeks and they did not order my girls dresses. There were 4 girls sitting there and they told me that the owner had been on vacation, that was why the dresses hadnt been ordered. My response was, there are four of you sitting here. None of you knows how to place orders?? Finally, a few days later, I got a call saying that they had placed my order, although they did not let me know when the estimated shipping date was. I called back a few weeks later to find out when the dresses would be in and the phone rang until it went to voicemail three times. When I finally got someone to answer the phone they told me that they would have to call me back the next morning because they were busy with their brides. My first thought was, AM I NOT ONE OF YOUR BRIDES??? No one called me back the next morning. I called them back 2 days later and still they did not tell me. Finally, about a week after my first call, they called me and told me that they would be in by the end of February. Then, when the dresses came in a little early, me and my girls went to pick up our dresses and they were trying to charge us more for the dresses! I confronted them about it, showing them our receipts which showed that we had paid in full for our dresses. Their response was, "Well, we were assuming that you would also use our tuxedo place so we gave you a 10% discount. When we figured out that you werent going to use our tuxedo place, we took the discount back." The fact of the matter is that they never told me about them taking a discount, nor had I ever told them that I would be their tuxedo shop. I knew I wouldnt use their tuxedo shop because a friend of mine had gotten a tux from them that had come with stains on the tuxedo shirt. Overall, I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Was browsing around different bridal stores today looking for a dress, and found this store. I am so happy that I did! I was a walk in, didnt have an appointment, so I knew I may not get much help, and that was fine. But it just so happened that they were able to help me and guide me. The consultant pulled a good amount of dresses for me to try on, helped me in to every single one, and was very informative! She listened to all of my needs, and answered any questions I had. Thanks to all of her help, I found my dream dress today! This is how a bridal fitting should be, but not many are as thorough and helpful these days. I felt so special, they made finding my dress alot of fun. When I found my dress, they took pictures and played a song for me! Their selections are plentiful and stunning! I would highly, highly recommend this place, you wont be disappointed!

This salon seems fine if you are a walk in customer, but I wouldnt waste time making an appointment. they treat everyone the same whether you take time to call ahead and make an appointment or just walk in off the street. there isnt a large staff and they cant be very attentive as they have so many customers coming and going. The women are very sweet and seem to genuinely want you to find your dress they are just over loaded with work, a few more attendants wouldnt go amiss. they have very reasonably priced dresses and a wide selection from the designers they carry. if you are looking for something inexpensive and dont mind doing most of the work your self this is the salon for you. Personally I would have liked a bit more attention, of course I would have felt differently if I was a walk in.

I searched many bridal shops before landing here at The Bridal Suite, but Im so glad I found it! I hadnt had luck anywhere else finding the perfect dress for the price I was willing to pay, even at Davids Bridal. However, I got my dream dress (on clearance!) here at The Bridal Suite! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the seamstress is amazing! When you say YES to the dress, the staff even puts you on a stage, puts a special song on the speakers, and they all stand around and cheer while you dance in your dress! So fun. They even gave me a glass of champagne while I wanted on the seamstress to do my fitting. Would highly recommend this bridal/formal shop.

The entire staff at The Bridal Suite was patient and welcoming to my Mom and I both as I tried on wedding dresses in different styles and sizes. I came in not having a clue what I wanted and they helped me to figure it out. They were more than accommodating and it is obvious that they aim to please you as the bride. They are kind and I did not feel pressured to make a decision right then and there(tried on the same dress over 4 times!) like some other bridal stores I had been to. I have to say a huge thank you to The Bridal Suite on 9 mile for making my wedding dress experience a positive one!

After a bad experience at Davids Bridal, my sister wanted to call it a day, but our mom suggested The Bridal Suite. Im glad we did. The owner and consultant there were professional, accommodating, kind and passionate about what they do. After trying on several dresses, my sister selected one and moved us all to tears. Not to sound sappy or over the top, but I never really appreciated the magnitude of getting married until that day. Anyway, if youre getting married and need that perfect dress, please stop by the Bridal Suite. I know when Im getting married, I can count on them.

My wedding was in 2009, so I am a little late on this. The ladies at Bridal Suite are top notch! Helped me find my dream dress and the salesgirl (I cannot remember her name) was super attentive during the appointment. She never just abandoned me. I told her what I wanted and she let me come in back and pull some dresses with her. She even encouraged me to try some dresses I would not have picked myself and I ended up getting one that SHE chose! She helped me in and out of all the dresses, helped suggest veil, shoes, etc. They also had a great selection of dresses.

I ordered my wedding dress, veil, jewelry, bridesmaids dresses, and even shoes from Bridal Suite. They have a nice selection of high quality dresses and accessories. Everyone in the store is very helpful and took excellent care of me. I was at peace of mind knowing that everything was taken care of! The staff is very knowledgeable and tries to help in any way they can. I also ordered my flowers through Bouquets (next door) and my tuxedos through Gents (also next door). I am beyond pleased with how everything went. I reccommend this store to anyone.
