Cute clothes but not true to size at all if u are a xs and short a small will be loose in the legs and mid section.. had a horrible experience boyfriend order nice pair of heels for me i suppose to receive with 5-10 business days so long story short called giti headquaters spoke a woman she was so non chanlant i explained to her i never recieved my heels even tho fed it aays it was shipped and delivered can i have another pair ahipped out to me or a discount if i order the heels again lady told me they couldnt do such a thing ... I had to file a claim with fed ex very respectful people but giti customer service sucks ass even the manager declined me of a discount name Chris choung... after all the back and forth day after day my boyfriend finnaly received a refund ..... worst customer service ever and I work retail best buy and bebe and I have never seen anyone not find a solution to make their customers happy u may not be able to put a smile on everyone faces but u surely have to go the extra mile to at least try

STAY AWAY FROM GITI.... SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! was discriminated against at the store in Pembroke Lakes Mall and a horrible experience with returns from the online store. Very unprofessional company!! Store only allows certain people to try on particular items... you have to ask the manager permission to try on any item that is black and you are forbidden to try on lace or white items unless you are a size 2. The manager profiles customers and makes selections based on size and appearance before granting permission to try on clothing. I dont understand how they are still in business with these practices.

Horrible! No customer service skills. Returned items for an exchange and they claim they cant find the package even though someone signed for it. They think theyre going to get the merchandise back and keep my money. When asking for a manager I was told the only way to reach one is online and she had to go because she has other calls to take.

You cant try on the certain color dresses but sizes arent consistent. Some colors vary in sizes and material. I use to shop here all the time but the one time I tried to exchange, I was turned away. Now Im stuck with a sexy dress that will only fit a 14 year without curves
