This was my first time visiting this Ross I was told not to go but went any way any how the costumer service by one cashier is very poor and rude some people have bad days and its understandable but how ever to be disrespectful to a customer is very rude snapping her neck and also her body language was very poor the manager was just coming off lunch and was really no better herself at listening to a customer she herself was more concerned about just getting off lunch all Im going to say is keep up with that additude and the right person will come along never know whos watching I put my items back on how rude the services was but I would never step foot back in that Ross again its to many others with better customer service than to deal with that.....
