I used to shop at this store when I was a teenager and one of the things that always made me go back was the costumer service and the attention to the costumer. I just went back today and had one of the worst retail experiences Ive had in a while. To start off there was no one at the door to greet us when we came in. Apart from that , once I selected the items I wanted to try-on there was no one around to open the dressing rooms so I had to go and find an associate for that. Yet the worst part was at the checkout desk where not only did the associate not interact with us at all or asked about our shopping experience, but rather sat ON THE COUNTER and talked to each other about their hair and what not. Additionally , this blonde girl who I assume is the manager or assistant manager proceeds to sign us up for some reward program not even asking if we wanted to join. Just said. I need you email and name and phone number and when I accidentally misspelled my email she said " you wrote it wrong " . Over all a very bad shopping experience, as if they didnt want any costumers in the store. No wonder it wa empty. For sure will not be purchasing from Hollister, especially that store, any time soon!
