Working the fitting room is one of the easiest jobs to do. I know, because Ive done it before. But tonight, the moron who worked it, lost my clothes..... and didnt even say sorry. It took me forever to find those pieces. They have an 8 item limit, which is fine. So I left my other half with her, (older bitter Caucasian woman).... I had a feeling she was going to lose it, she wasnt really paying attention, just complaining to her Co-worker about her job. But, because Ive never had my clothes lost, I figured she knew what she was doing..... I finished trying on my first 8 items, and came back for the rest, the lady said "its over there in the cart" pointing to a group of like 8-10 carts, all if which had clothes in it, then I look through and cant find any of my clothes and then shes like "uh oh, well thats why I tell people to get carts"..... I was like, but you never told me that? So what does that have to do with you losing my clothes? I was so damn mad I didnt even say anything else to the woman. I just left the store. Im trying so hard to not use profanity on this post. I will never shop at Ross again. Im so tired of the useless workers with bad customer service. This is not my first bad experience in Ross, but mark my words, today was my last. #DONE

Absolutely the worst Ross Ive ever been to! I moment I walked in the door, it looked like a hurricane hit it! Merchandise on the floor... everywhere through out the entire store! The shelves where half empty and in a messy disarray! Merchandise boxes were either opened or damaged. Dust and dirt on shelves and floor.... it was disgusting! I tried on a dress in the fitting and the dust balls and trash on the floor was nothing Id ever seen!! I mentioned to the lady that this is the worst Ross Ive been to! I told the floors are filthy and merchandise is all over the floor, she didnt seem to care. In fact she didnt say much at all. I then proceeded to stand in queue to purchase my item, which was about 20 people long! Once I got to the register, I again mentioned the disgusting state the store was in. She said there was staff out on the floor picking up merchandise. I said no there was wasnt I didnt see a single person... oh wait i did and she was hanging on her phone. She made a comment in a way to defend the appearance of the store. I said, listen, if the manager really cared, it would never have gotten to this poor state to begin with! Never will I EVER go there again!!

Ive been a Ross fan for many years now. However today at this store, I felt very disrespected by the dressing room attendant whose name is (Alice). She was very grumpy and unprofessional in how she dealt with customers that needed to try on Clothing. This is especially when dealing with a woman who didnt speak English very well. She was rude to the woman and refused to give her name, call for someone to translate, or call a manager to help when I requested. Once I did contact the manager (Mike), he was not much better. He had an attitude as well. I decided not to purchase the items that I had, because I was disgusted with the lack of good customer service. I recommend choosing another ross store instead of this one, unless you can deal with Alice and Mikes attitudes.

I use to buy there a lot, but the new employee at the return department and the supervisor in the morning /afternoon shift at the Tower shop Plaza in Florida should be train in customer service, the way I was treated me it was very descriminated, Ross stores should be more selected when hiring personel, pay attention at your customer service, is very important for business, or you will lose good customer

This store is horrible, one of their SPS employee rudely ask me to exit the store after I couldnt make up my mind on some items I wanted to purchase. He then stuck his middle finger at me and told me that he would wait for me outside. The customer service here is horrible, the store is messy and the shelves are not organized. I strongly wouldnt reccomend anyone to shop here.

I always liked ross stores a bit. Until today. The lady at the register had an attitude towards me. I wonder who thought it was a good idea to have ms. keandra as a front end supervisor? I guess its great if youre trying to drive customers away. I mean, this store has lost my business thanks to her. Good going!!?

Love this store in the Tower shops shopping center. Very friendly stuff. People who are working there will try to help you even they are always busy and have so much to do i. Manager Mr Michael and Manager assistant Mr David are polite and very professional. Thumb up, way to go Ross stuff.

I enjoy going to Ross because of the great deals that I can find but its definitely a hit or miss. The manager at the Tower Shops location is terrible to say the least, she is the rudest I have ever come across. I wish that they had better customer service.

Great deals and steals. I have purchased bags, clothing, rugs, curtains and food from there! The sales associates are very friendly and have gone above and beyond to help me find items. I go there about once a week if I need anything!

Horrible store! Theres literally 30 people in line and one register open. Been standing in line for 45 mins. 10 floor assossiates and 1 cashier?? Somebody needs there management skills checked!!

This Ross has great customer service. Sadly it goes without saying that the store could be cleaner. Restrooms are messy. And their is never any good merchandise like the others.
