How would someone contact an area manager or someone who has authority over the manager at Forever 21; Location - Sunset Place - Miami Fl. First i would like to include, I myself have a company in the food industry business, that is quickly evolving throughout Florida with a product that has reached many branch stores ex, . Whole Foods, Milams, etc. The reason for this is myself employee several different positions and wanted to note that after many visits to this location with my wife. I have seen some of the worst customer service from what was supposed to be the head manager. I would rather contact someone who is in charge because i could not get any help in the store on any contact information. Some of the staff exclaimed that there was poor delegation and heard something about many people quitting due to the manager. This is inconvenient for me, but I would like to put my two cents in; There was a sales Associate who should be in charge, she was wonderful. enthusiastic, charismatic, enlightening and i even saw her have a customer crying of how well she had always treated her daughter who had a disability as the rest of the workers would shun. Please if i could have a contact number where i could reach someone since the managers at forever 21 were all young and unhelpful. I would like to put in a good word for a Sales Associate. Thank You.

This store closes at 10 on Saturdays not at 11 like it says on Google. People tend to get offended when we tell them that we close at 10:00pm on Saturdays because they see the closing time as 11pm here on Google but make no mistake the store closes at 10pm on Saturdays. Great store, amazing store manager and co-managers, very friendly sales associates all very stylish and well groomed. Would definitely visit again! And just now the mall finally decided to fix the air so it is nice and cold and comfy in there!
